Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Unsere Zimmeraussicht war zwar zum Innenhof gelegen, aber ruhig ,sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, es fehlte an Nichts.

Room and hotel were perfectly presented and great care from attentive staff. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room amenities were of a high quality. All in all an excellent stay.

Schönes Ambiente, tolles Zimmer - sehr gutes, bequemes Bett, leckeres umfangreiches Frühstück, das Personal ist äußerst nett und zuvorkommend - zusammenfassend ein angenehmer Aufenthalt ohne jegliche Mängel. Voll zufriedener Hotelgast.

Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable. I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the Konzerthaus where I attended two concerts. Location was very convenient to many restaurants, tourist attractions and public transportation.

Amazing staff, great location

The room was very clean and spacious. We had a high floor room which had a great view. Breakfast had a range of items for everyones needs and was fantastic everyday. Staff were attentive and friendly.

This is a lovely hotel very close to central Vienna. I had a short (15-20 min) walk to most of the must see spots in Vienna (St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Belvedere palace, five different Christmas markets, etc.). The staff were very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Breakfast was very tasty and there were a lot of options to choose from (traditional English buffet, Spanish buffet, Japanese miso breakfast). The room itself was warm, clean, and large. My one and only complaint: their bistro downstairs is very tasty and popular. If you want to eat there for dinner be sure to arrive at an off hour or later in the evening, closer to 9:30, in order to snag a table for service. If I ever come back to Vienna I will for sure be staying here.

水まわりが綺麗。部屋の広さも良かった。少し壁が薄く音や声が聞こえるのと、シャワーのお湯の勢いは微妙です。 朝食は毎回同じだけど美味しかったです。冷めた味噌汁が毎回ありました、冷めていても味噌汁が飲めるだけでありがたい(朝イチで行くと冷めてない)。 スタッフの方も親切でした。ホテルのメンバーに無料登録するとドリンク一杯無料の券をもらえて、夜帰ってきてからロビー横の朝食会場でゆっくり飲むことができました。泊まっている客層も落ち着いています。 場所が少しわかりにくく、外観も特徴あるわけではないので、覚えるまで毎回周りで少し迷ってました。
