It was clean and nice. It’s just an older property. I’d stay again

The room was decent, but the pool was not. We planned on swimming a little as it was so hot. You could not see two feet into the pool due to the cloudiness of the water. The hot tub was drained and moldy. If you just need a place to sleep, it’s ok, but not for spending any time.

Property was dated and in need of numerous repairs and refurbishing.

Easy to locate.

Ice machines didn't work, TV was glitching, and the pool was dirty and needed chlorine. Plus hot tub was out of order.

Total let down! I’ve stayed at Hampton Inns all over the country and this was by far the worst one. It felt like a comfort inn. Outdated and poorly maintained.

Shower knob sucked wouldn’t work properly have to keep spinning for it to turn off or on

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Loved the breakfast.

Only 1 ice machine worked

Staff was friendly, hotel is in need of a remodel and some deep cleaning. Our room key had to be redone every single time, so frustrating. Lights out in hallway. Good breakfast.

We found a dirty sock in our room. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Our floor smelled like bleach. Needs some work in bathroom. Toilet is old. Stained. Walls

Nice clean hotel with a good selection of complimentary breakfast options. The bed was comfortable.

I like the fact the hotel was close to the loop. We have stayed in Hampton Inn throughout the country. Most of breakfast was good, but the breakfast items were very limited compared to all of the Hampton Inns we stayed at. Those hotels had a lot more items. The sausage gravy was exceptional, and we loved the cook. The bed needed a big upgrade. Someone had smoked in our room and in the hallway prior to our visit. The light bulb was out, the toilet was grey inside. There was a bad stain on the shower curtain and on the tub wall. Several other things were wrong. We won't be going back.

Went for a church conference. It was close to event space.

This Hampton is a dump. Hotel is run down. Pool was "open" but freezing and did not seem very clean. Very noisy neighbors.

Check in took quite a while, and we could only get one key, which wasn’t a big deal. Was disappointed the hot tub was out of order. Other than that, good place to stay
