The hotel was rather very noisy and there was an altercation in the hallway. When called the front desk no one answered the phone or sent security!

Breakfast is awesome

Strange? Never been in a hotel that had a security person on each floor at night. Also had to use your key card to get the elevator to work. Why? Is it because the area was unsafe?

Loved the employees.. everyone was happy and saying hello. Breakfast there was ok.. just standeted stuff. Bed was uncomfortable.. needs to be replace

Very quiet & clean & oh-so-comfortable beds! Enjoyed our stay!

The gentleman at check-in was very friendly. We spoke about traveling in Europe and I thought he was very personable.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Lobby was busy. Breakfast included instant oatmeal, prepared waffles, seasoned fried potatoes, sausages and flavourless omelettes. Small, shallow pool was very popular and good temperature. Splash pad on pool deck was warm, but slippery; be careful! Didn't get to try the hot tub because it was crowded.

The lighting in the room was very poor and dark. There is no tub, only a shower. The shower tiles don't come up enough to prevent the shower water from spilling over onto the bathroom floors. The breakfast we mediocre. The steam room was closed/shut down, then they closed the pool as well. The hot tub also isnt hot. However it was a clean hotel and the location is good.

Parking spaces are minuscule. Breakfast was subpar.

Mahmoud at the front desk took great care of us. We had a small issue that occurred after checking in and he had it taken care of immediately and made us feel welcome. We'll consider staying again next time we're in Winnipeg

Got good deal book hotel.com. i presented my credit card for the bill on at holiday inn. But i learn that holiday inn bill me not the deal what i got in hotel .com. They bill me the normal price with 200 dollars over. Always check the agreed rates

The location was convenient. The staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious, but the bathroom was small. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had lots of options. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Winnipeg.

Room was not clean, I did not put my clothes in the drawers, I was itchy after waking up every thing and wondered about bed bugs
