They don’t clean your room during your stay. Be prepared for it. They will replace towels if needed.

Very noisy

Excellent!

It’s close to old Montreal and downtown and looks like it was recently renovated, but the bedding sheets were stained, the shower had a leak and the bathroom floor got all wet, the walls were peeling off and the bed and floor had debris from the wall. Also, we stayed in a room on the basement, beside the laundry room, so we could hear when they were doing laundry in the morning.

Porte communicante avec nos voisins qui n’est pas insonorisée. De 2h à 3 h du matin, on les entendait parler comme s’ils étaient au pied du lit.

Nous sommes arrivés à 22h, après avoir réservé une journée à l’avance. À notre arrivée, tout semblait normal : ils ont pris des photos de nos cartes d'identité, puis nous ont demandé de patienter. C’est alors qu’ils nous ont informés qu’un dégât était survenu dans notre chambre (le lit aurait été brûlé, apparemment). Le responsable aurait tenté de me contacter dans la journée, ce qui est faux : je n’ai reçu aucun appel ni message, ni via Expedia. Ils nous ont tout simplement mis dehors à 22h30, sans proposer de chambre de remplacement ni même une alternative. Et pour couronner le tout, alors qu’ils sont censés nous rembourser l’intégralité de la réservation, ils ne répondent plus. Je ne peux reccomander!

On est passé souvent dans cet hébergement et plus ça va, plus c'est magané et le service est de plus en plus misérable. En passant par un site de réservation, il y a toujours des erreurs ... Même si on le demande au téléphone... C'est pareil!

The interior renovations are nice, and the king bed I slept on was comfortable. Some of the staff are kind and others are a bit standoffish. In the five nights that I stayed there, I did not get cleaning services even once! I had to empty my own garbage, make my own bed, and clean up around the room. I also did not have a chair for the desk in my room, which I thought was odd. You can absolutely hear everything through your room...and I mean everything. The walls are paper thin, so bring earplugs. Aside from that, the area is walkable and close to transportation and dining options.

Was not advised of the possibility of a basement room or lack of daily housekeeeping service. Bed not the most comfortable.

Comfortable room, though a little noisy if room is close to the reception desk. No parking available however, which can complexity luggage management. There are a few public parking spots available walking distance.

It was an average stay. Nothing special. It’s just a room. No real amenities. It’s ok if you don’t mind no frills.
