When I arrived, the grounds of the property was kept nicely and the reception area was very inviting. My only compliant would be the cleanliness in the room - mainly in the bathroom. It did not appear that housekeeping swept or vacuumed the floor and there was hair all over the hand towel hanging up near the sink. Otherwise I would give them another try.

Very close to airport with great shuttle service

We had not stayed here since 2018 because it needed an update. Now it is terrific. It always was among the best hotels in town. It is again.

We had an amazing time. We booked two rooms even went swimming and the staff was a pleasure.

We are repeat customers because it is a very comfortable hotel with great staff snd a wonderful restaurant.

The hotel is in very good shape. The problem is with the management. We checked in and went out the following morning. When we returned in the afternoon, our room had not been cleaned. We called the front desk and were informed that we had to request service the night before. We weren’t told about this beforehand. Housekeeping brought us new towels, but couldn’t come in to make up the room??? Really???

Gym equipment broken. No water no towels

It is a beautiful property well taken care of. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. They also have a 24 hr a day airport shuttle.

Facility is beautiful. Check was quick. Needed more towels that were delivered quickly.

It was not hot outside and the room was very cold. I could not turn off the AC nor put it to a warmer temperature.

excellent rooms, great restaurant and very friendly staff

The hotel is very clean and the locals very convenient. I gave it 3 stars because the room is not very spacious and not well lit, The tv was not smart tv. Couldn’t connect to You tube or Netflix.

Quiet but spacious enough for weddings

I’m a stand up comedian and I had a show in Cohoes, so I needed a nice play to stay the night with my boyfriend. We were very pleased with our stay. It’s a beautiful hotel, the staff are extremely friendly & the place is very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I love staying here. Always a nice stay. Place is beautiful with their live plants indoor. Quiet, pet friendly and delicious food at the restaurant on site.

Refrigerator was not working first day

Beautiful property. The room was great, clean and stylish. Great shower. People were so nice. I mean really really nice. Breakfast was filling and affordable
