Fantastic location! Great for walking all around major attractions including Louvre, Notre Dame, Galleries Lafayette etc. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful!

We will definitely return to this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for shopping, restaurants, the metro and close to the Louve and the Seine.

日本語を話せるスタッフさんがいるということで予約させていただきました。同じような方が多いのか、日本人の方が多かったと思います。ちょっとしたやり取りの際、日本語で対応いただけるのは、英語も拙くフランス語も話せない私達にはとても助かりました。 また、地下鉄まで徒歩10分程度の距離であることや、大通りに面しており治安が良いところもとても良かったです。 飛行機まで別会社のタクシーを予約しておりましたが、乗降口が目の前の道路しかないため運転手と出会いやすいのも個人的に良かったです。 朝食は29€でバイキング形式でした。ドリンク込み、ハムやチーズ、パン、ヨーグルト、シリアル等あり美味しかったです。対応いただいたスタッフさんはとても丁寧に接してくださいました。 チェックアウト後は荷物を預かってもらい、オルセー美術館方面に散歩し、戻ってからタクシーを待つ際はホテル内でドリンク(18€程)を頼んで待たせていただきました。 新婚旅行で利用させていただき、確か予約の際にその旨を記載していたため、ドアや室内を装飾してくださり嬉しかったです。 スタッフの方々のホスピタリティに感謝いたします。素敵な滞在をありがとうございました。

The hotel was upscale and the staff was friendly. The hotel was located near major stores but there were not many reasonably priced nearby.

O hotel é muito bom, o staff espetacular, super atenciosos, logo que chegamos fomos assessoradas por um funcionário do hotel com muita gentileza, q ja estava la assim q descemos do uber pra pegar nossas malas, na recepçao tb fomos muito bem atendidas, acolhidas, e até acompanhadas pelo José, se não me engano, que nos mostrou tudo que havia na suite e como funcionava o hotel. Fomos eu e minha afilhada e a suite q ficamos era excelente, aconchegante, bonita, pratica (só sentimos um pco de falta de espaço pra guardar as malas e espaço pra necessaires embaixo da pia, pois ficamos 6 dias). O pessoal responsavel pela arrumaçao e limpeza da suite tb esta de parabens, pois estava sempre impecavel. Chegqmos a noite e comentei q estava la comemorando meu aniversario. No dia seguinte quando voltamos para o hotel, do nosso passeio, a suíte estava toda decorada como maneira de celebrar o meu aniversário!!! Achei um carinho enorme e um cuidado q realmente me fizeram sentir uma hospede especial. E notei ao longo dos dias que o pessoal da recepçao era muito gentil com todos, sempre sorrindo, dispostos a ajudar. Pena q nossa estadia acabou. Ate na saida fomos muito bem atendidas e assessoradas inclusive na hora de entrar no carro q nos levaria pro aeroporto (e nem era um carro do hotel, chamamos um carro de aplicativo) Parabens a toda a equipe so Edouard 7, sem nenhuma duvida voltaria pra la e vou recomendar a tds que quiserem uma excelente hospedagem e numq excelente localizacao, super perto

The staff was excellent. Kind. Welcoming. Helpful. The rooms were clean and well laid out. The housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Amazing stay. Highly recommend.

初めて滞在しました。ロケーションは日本人的には抜群ですが、このホテルの1番の売りはスタッフのクオリティとサービスだと思います。支配人のフランソワーズさんの教育が行き渡っているからだと思います。皆さんにお勧め出来るホテルです。
