Leticia at the front desk was fantastic! I had a health related attack on the way back from Atlanta and we decided to stay at the Ritz so I could rest. We stayed at this Ritz on our honeymoon over 30 years ago, had my 50th birthday party at Salt with guests for a weekend, stayed there for our 30th wedding anniversary and had dinner at Salt also (I highly recommend Salt), stayed many holidays with our children and friends, car shows, and it is still such a wonderful resort. You cannot go wrong staying at this beautiful resort. We have loved it for over 30 years and hope to keep going there for many more years to come. All of the staff is great, but a special shout out to Leticia. Thank you for helping us.

This was not worth the money we paid. We had club access which was very poorly run. Attention to replenishing food, cutlery, broken toaster, no mugs for coffee - these are all basic things that they should have taken care of. Did not elevate the experience at all which was a real shame. Room was fine but shower went on and off and leaked.

Very private, quiet

Very nice stay and everyone was super friendly. This is a great resort, especially for families. Only negative was the pizza we ordered—truly awful pizza. Avoid that. LOL Can highly recommend the Ritz/Amelia!

WE asked for an ocean front room and paid the price but the room's view of the ocean was only from the outside terrace and then just a sliver.

This is the worst Ritz Carlton I have ever been to. It just seemed like a run of the mill Marriot.

Accommodations were very nice. Staff helpful and friendly.

We arrived to complimentary champagne upon check in. We let them know we were celebrating our 40 Year Wedding Anniversary and they took it upon themselves to pamper us throughout our stay. We received complementary meals, desserts and a bottle of champagne. It seemed as though the entire staff knew we were celebrating and took an active part in making every facet of our trip memorable. The resort is clean, and the staff is courteous and responsive. There so many things that are included that you can leave your worries at home. If you're looking for a luxury resort, The Ritz won't disappoint.
