Tutto Ok. Ottima colazione, pulito e silenzioso

Lovely hotel right in the center of Torino, very convenient for shopping and dining. Room was comfortable and quiet though shower room could use a refresh. Hotel was happy to store our bicycles on site which was great. Only quibble, and it’s a small detail, but of all the hotels we have stayed at in Italy (at every level), this was the ONLY one that did not provide bottled water for its guests beyond the first day of their stay. For a five star hotel, in the middle of a very hot summer, this seemed a very petty decision.

I've stayed in different spots around the centro, but this was the first time staying in it. I would stay here again if I needed to be right in the heart of the city again. Very convenient. The staff is fantastic!

The room needs updating badly! Looked old, the walls were scratched, the make up mirror light didn’t work and the bathroom looked dated and very old.

Très belle hôtel, classique mais bien entretenue. Salle de bain récente. Très bon service, nous avions un crédit de 25€ pour le stationnement donc nous avons opté pour le service de voiturier pour le stationnement, très efficace. Déjeuner excellent. Noter que l’entrée de l’hôtel en plein centre-ville est située sur une rue quasi-piétonnière.

Great location, and pristine, brand-new interior décor. The reason why I do not give it a 5-star rating is we did not have hot water for one full day, a basic.

A very nice city hotel. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The main staircase appears not to have cleaned in months - dust clumps everywhere. The breakfast buffet was good but no special menu for eggs Benedict or omelette etc. Hotel employees were very friendly and helpful.

Incredibely nice hotel in central Turin! We got company for breakfast from Pepe (the turtle), which was a bonus. Can recommend, 5/5!

First class property in the center of Torino, located a quick five minute or less walk from the Egyptian Museum, and a number of excellent restaurants including within the hotel itself. The multi lingual staff is friendly, courteous, and happily willing to ensure a pleasant stay for every guest. Our junior suite was clean, quiet, and well appointed. Terrific buffet breakfast. Be sure to enjoy a drink in the hotel bar. A true gem.

The hotel is located in a good area for shopping, restaurants, the plaza etc. There are times designated when cars can't drive in front of the hotel. The airline delayed our luggage and the staff was helpful in calling the Italian airline to facilitate the delivery. They have a bar on premises with good beer, wine and liquor options. A michelin restaurant is also located on the hotel property. Breakfast was included. Room was spacious and room service came daily. I highly recommend this property.

Fabulous stay at a very attractive property in the heart of Turin. Pretty room, welcoming public spaces and very helpful staff. It was during a heat wave in high 30’s when we stayed and we would have liked to be able to turn up the air conditioning in our room to a higher level, but that was a small issue. Would make a point of staying here again.
