I've been to Rimini many times, this is one of the best hotels i've stayed at. The girl at the front counter was super nice and helpful with everything we needed and advice. Easy access to beach and local businesses. Swimming pool was at the PERFECT temperature to cool the body down from the august heat , but not feel overly cold

Great location (as long as you don’t mind a bit of noise from Bounty!). Staff very friendly, breakfast was a bit pricey (looks like it recently went from €12 to €15) but plenty of alternative options like Sbionta nearby. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel, nothing fancy, but clean, very well located and staff were friendly and very helpful. Wonderful breakfast (and lunch bag to go) was fantastic value for €15 each. Proximity to beach, restaurants and shops made this a perfect stay.

The hotel is in a great location right across the road from the beach and within walking distance of lots of great restaurants and bars either left or right of the hotel. The hotel is a little dated but clean. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. On our last day I wasn't feeling well and the hotel allowed us to keep our room for an extra 2 hours at no extra cost to help which was a lovely gesture.

Such a great little hotel. Nice to deal with a real person on a late evening arrival and the warm welcome from the young woman at the reception was really lovely. My room was on the main road but not noisy at all. And thank goodness for the air-conditioning. The pool was fantastic, maybe extending the opening hours would be good as there was a heatwave so 7pm seemed quite early as it was still very hot. Also the metal stepladder into the pool was incredible slippery and l slipped and hurt my leg the first time l used it. Please put rubber grip on the ladder rungs!!! But all up a fabulous little hotel, close to everything including a bus stop direct to the train station, and great staff. Highly recommend!!

Great breakfast and a nice location!

We arrived about 11:30 and were very pleased and surprised that our room was ready. There was a large bed, a small fridge with water and pop and a little balcony with a view of the sea. The only thing I would have liked is a kettle (I am British) but we were able to buy a cuppa and a coffee at reception and took that to our balcony. The bar downstairs is very lively with live music on a Saturday that played until about 11:30. The wall to the boardwalk was about 1 min but the beaches nearly are all private/paid for. The staff were lovely and spending a few hours on the balcony reading was delightful.

This hotel is definitely not Preston’s. While the front lobby area looks fine, the room appeared old and in the midst of Reno’s. Service at the front counter was confusing as we were given a fob for parking only for them to tell us 2 hrs later that we needed to return it and ask again if we needed to park car each time. Location is great. Walkable.

Extremely helpful and friendly front office staff. I needed a printout and they did it for me. Just accross from the beaches. Very lavish breakfast and surprised that they also encourage you to take foodstuff out from the dining area for lunch!. Will come again.

Leider trügen die Bilder etwas. Die Standardzimmer brauchen dringend eine Renovierung. Ich habe nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt und bekam nach der ersten Nacht eines. Also man ist hilfsbereit, aber viel besser ist es nicht. Das Frühstück ist Mega gut. Das Personal hilfsbereit und es ist sauber. Also alles in allem annehmbar. Ich persönlich würde hier nicht mehr hingehen.

The place was in a perfect location. The breakfast option was perfect! There were “no frills” but it was perfect for what we needed

The location was perfect for me for a 3 day stay. It was on the seafront with good restaurants (Amicos and Cafe Milano especially) and services eg chemist, supermarket, bars etc. The room was basic but clean and suitable for me as a solo traveller on a short trip. It was a 20 minute walk to the train and bus stations through a nice park and the old town is also within walking distance. The taxi to the airport was 25 euros and a 15 minute ride. The staff were very helpful in recommending restaurants, train times to places etc. They even give a free bottle of water for the journey on departure. It was well priced
