Great staff, bar and food. The breakfast was delicious.

Great location! Bar has a very nice patio area. Lovely dinner restaurant attached. It would be good to be able to use that patio without having to order drinks sometimes. Hot tub was out for maintenance. Amenitis are good except the soap, shampoo etc are installed on the walls and requires a lot of strength to squeeze shampoo etc out. I really disliked that. How about reverting to a pump type access.

Very nice hotel. Great service however bar and restaurant were not open during lunch time hours and it happened to be raining when we were there. We would have preferred to have eaten lunch on site. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and we will stay here again.

Excellent hotel and great location.

Clean room, very comfy bed and great amenities including a gym, which was very appreciated. Very close walking distance ti the Harbour and to Citadel Hill.

Everything was good except the pool and sauna were out of service, and this was a key reason for booking this property. Staff handled the complaint well though and offered some compensation but it would have been good to have been informed ahead of checking in so that we could have considered alternative properties. All in all, it's a great hotel, nice location and very clean and welcoming.

Very nice sized room with great bathroom, clean. Terrific bed and linens. Lovely bar and patio area. Excellent location just below the citadel and a few blocks from the water. Breakfast was so-so

We had a great stay and the staff was very accommodating.

The hotel was kept very clean. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were easily temperature-controlled. It was quiet at nights and is located in the perfect spot for sightseeing. Underground parking was appreciated.

We were upgraded to the 6th floor which included breakfast and the breakfast buffet was excellent! High quality food and delicious coffee. The room was clean and comfortable.

The lobby, lounge, wasting area are all beautiful. The room was a little dated - but very clean and nice. A good place to stay. Parking lot was good - given it is right on site.

Room was clean and a good size. It was missing a bathroom fan which was odd. The staff were fantastic! Helpful, welcoming and kind. Case in point, I mentioned it was my wife’s birthday while we were here and they brought her a tray of chocolate covered strawberries with some Perrier water and 2 complimentary drinks at the hotel bar. Special thanks to Britnay for putting this all together! You are so kind and wonderful! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Travellers tip. Both The Bicycle Thief and Restaurante a Mano were great.

Clean room. Quick service from housekeeping staff when towels were requested. Nice paid breakfast buffet (eggs Benedict was good) with a full carafe of coffee on the table.
