Hotel comme on les voit dans les films d'horreur, sales, odeur de moisi dans la chambre ma femme et mes enfants ont eu peur. Nous y sommes restés car en famille avec 3 enfants en début de soirée mais je ne conseil pas en famille. Le petit déjeuner m'a rappelé des souvenirs d'auberge de jeunesse sale ... . En bref je déconseille.

This hotel was a bit run down, not what we were expecting from a Wyndham property. The staff were fine, just not as helpful as we needed.

I would not stay here again. Toilet paper roll was broken, cracks in the walls and baseboards, the bed felt broken uncomfortable to sleep just felt dirty. Not to for get my wife almost feel in shower as its not leveled flat its a stand up shower with a curve,. I dont recommend unless u just want a quick place to stay and dont care about how u spend ur money.

First - the staff were extremely wonderful! They had a polite, kind and professional personas. I truly appreciate that when I stay somewhere Second - the property does look somewhat run down, but it is a place to sleep and it was peaceful inside the room and just fine! Not everything is how it seems. Third - the bed was comfortable and the pillows were great, just the carpet felt cool on the feet. Not a big deal at all, just maybe if staff see this they can look into that ? Fourth - overall experience was 85/100! I would highly recommend staying at this nice location!

Building is getting old what we felt need upgrades everywhere, whether its main entrance, restaurant and or rooms. Had to switch to other room because bedsheets were not replaced found pet hairs everywhere. Staff was helpful and supportive. Noticed that room does not have mini refrigerator so had to put food to their kitchen freezer. Highly recommended to make it easier for younger families. Price was reasonable through Expedia but could have reviewed the comments before booking. Pictures wouldn't say real story all the time.

Manque un peu d’hygiène, mais sommes toutes correct

The air conditioning doesn’t work properly & it smells bad. Firstly they gave room next to kitchen area which was really bad experience and when we checked our beds it was kind of old ones. Overall the picture doesn’t match the appearance. DONT GET FOOLED BY LOOKING AT THE PICTURES.

We as a family of five travel 2 hours to come to Niagara falls and did not have a great experience at this hotel. We thought as a Howard Johnson hotel it would be a beautiful property for the amount of money that we spent here. It was a very terrible experience. The amenities were garbage. The toilet seat was off like not safe at all for children to sit on or for any idol to sit on. There were bugs in the room. There was only a mini fridge and that was it for amenities in the room. They had a pool outside that was very dirty and disgusting. The property itself it looked like a trailer park. The breakfast we decided not to go to have. It was Continental. We were told when we checked in that there was no eggs or any type of meat. I would not recommend this hotel.

Disappointed that there was no fridge, no microwave, not even shook to hang up your towel in the bathroom. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Parking is $10.00.

Never again, room smelled like a mixture dogfood, mold and cigarette.. Cigarette burn on the toilet seat, a tissue stuck to the wall from a previous guest. The AC unit had a large gap over it that let in bugs. Greasy smudges on furniture likely left by previous guest that hadn't been cleaned. And the towels left in the room were very old and raggedy. The staff seemed pretty nice and the bed/bedding was decent.

The room was not ready at the time that they said, poor general conditions, they don't clean the breakfast area often, the staff is impersonal their service is automatic and I experienced even the police coming to get someone for I don't know what reason
