Please, for the love of everything on this earth, DO NOT book this place! Upon arrival after a late night flight, I was met with the receptionist at the front desk just straight up sleeping. Then when the receptionist wakes up and gives me my key, I walk into one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever seen a lodging business dish out. Roaches lined up against the walls, burnt comforters, rusty lamps, and some of the dirtiest furniture I have ever seen! I went to the front desk just to have to awaken the receptionist from their peaceful slumber once more to complain. The receptionist then gets me another room, which was in almost the exact same state. When I went to lay down because it was 2am and I stopped caring, not only were there tweakers hooting and hollering around, I started itching, like really bad. I looked around the bed to see very subtle signs of bedbugs and that’s when I said “nope” and checked out. Oh, and when I said my complaint about the bugs, the other receptionist there had the nerve to tell me “that’s nature, but ok.” Like you can’t be serious, right? The best part about all of this was when I called to get my refund through Expedia, only for the lady on the phone (who was very helpful by the way) to tell me that after 3 tries she couldn’t get ahold of the front desk! So again I plead, spend some money on yourself the first time and don’t make the same mistake I did.

Loud music.. long term stays are loud and disruptive. Property owner does not resolve complaints.. they ignore them. Only go here if you have no other choice.

The room had roaches and a filthy microwave and toilet. Also I signed up for a smoking room and the hotel was non smoking. I would like a refund

The rug and chair had a tear the TV control was damaged shower curtain rod was damaged the curtain stayed half open AC took time to cool the room and had dirt in it I did not pictures and thought of it when we were already out

Place is dirty and smelly When checking out person just watched you on the security cameras and didn’t came out to greet you

A complete refund with additional perks would be even enough to satisfy my dissatisfaction. I could not sleep. I could not take a shower. Everything was dirty from the lobby to the stairs all the way to the room. You should remove the hotel from your list. I would not recommend Expedia if this hotel is part of it. I am a long time Expedia customer, this is the worst hotel that expedia put me. The pictures on Expedia website are lies. I hope I didn’t have to review this hotel but I am so disappointed that I have to do it. I have pictures of the room and area if Expedia wants me to upload.

“Non-smoking” room reeked of cigarette smoke. Chain latch on the front door was connected to trim that was cracked and falling off the door frame. Black mold in the shower. Cigarette burns on the sheets.

Filthy, carpet is torn and damp. Smells bad. Super soft mattress.

When I got there they said they have no room and told us they moved our reservation to another motel, when we got to the other hotel they didn't have a smoking room. I Asked for a smoking room

Beware! Bugs! Dirty! Linens full of cigarette burns, mattress’s old with bedbugs around seams.

The good, air conditioning was great! TV was nice. The bad, very run down. Smoke detector was hanging by a wire. Room smelt like pot. Patches of rug was cut out. Elongated toilet had very small round seat very weird. No hot water, even at 5am. Rug was sticky gross. Most importantly screws sticking out of steps to get up to second floor, shoes got stuck multiple times. Luckily just needed a place to lay my head for a night. Would not bring my family there

There were bugs on the walls. The tub had a patched hole with plaster and brown gold yellow grossness and the mattress was smelly and urine stained and the carpets were very dirty and a foul odor in the room. The pics on the web site make it look like decent cheap option. But we left after 2 minutes in the room and did not stay there

My experience at Best Western was amazing overall, specifically friendly staff, cleanliness or room and bathrooms

Sweet staff but this smelly old place is for the desperate only. It was handy for the aquarium.

Had a room reserved a month in advance. Never got notification of a change, it wasn't changed via the third party service I used. The girl at the counter was extremely rude, with a very bad attitude & swore they were over-booked. Somehow that didnt stop several "street workers" from having a room. Fairly certain they bumped us to pocket cash for rooms given to those women. We were turned away to go find a new hotel in the middle of the night & wasted gas going back & forth with other locations. Didn't end up with a room at another place til almost 5am. I'll never go there again if they pop up when booking in the area.

Do not book a stay here, you will feel unsafe and unclean. There was a horrible smell, holes in walls/ceilings, air conditioning did not work. We did not stay the night and decided to leave within 2 minutes walking in the door.

The place is absolutely terrible. The main door lock was not working, which made me feel completely unsafe. I tried reaching out to the reception, but they didn’t respond despite repeated attempts. Unfortunately, I had no other option when I booked it. When I arrived around 2 AM and saw the condition of the place, I immediately started calling other nearby hotels to find an alternative. It was a horrible experience overall. I strongly urge others not to even consider this place, even if it’s the last option available.
