Amazing stay at St Regis, like the previous time. The activity options should be increased, otherwise everything is amazing.

Gorgeous facilities in a wonderful location. The gardens are immaculate, staff attentive and the dining options great. We had a relaxing stay for 8 days, allowing plenty of time to enjoy our time in this peaceful hotel.

The staff nake it a pleasent place to stay so helpful! And happy! I would stay again purely for the staff!

Ein atemberaubendes Haus mit exzellentem Service. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer und blieben dort für 1 Woche .Die Zimmer waren elegant und gut gepflegt. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unsere eigene Butlerin Atila war toll und hat uns bei allen Fragen immer gleich geholfen. Die täglichen Überraschungen wie Blumen, Snacks und Wein auf dem Zimmer haben uns sehr beeindruckt und den Aufenthalt vor allem bei 3 tägigem Monsunregen etwas verschönert. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Buffet am Abend hatte eine riesen Auswahl und alles war sehr lecker. Das Personal ist zusätzlich auf individuelle Essenswünsche eingegangen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unsere Tochter hat von dem Küchenchef alles Essen erklärt bekommen und auf evtl Schärfe wurde hingewiesen. Das Personal macht einen unglaublichen Job und wir hatten noch nie so einen Service erlebt. Der Strand war unglaublich schön und hat so eine Ruhe ausgestrahlt. Auch wenn wir durch die Monsunzeit nicht baden durften haben wir lange Spaziergänge unternommen und haben uns dann im Pool wieder abgekühlt. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, den in diesem Meer wollen wir auf jeden Fall nochmal baden

We spent an idyllic 3 day stay at the hotel on a half board basis. The food was very good and varied. The service from all staff was fantastic. We are planning to go next year again!!

Not flexible, not kind

The resort is beautiful and the staff go over and above to make your stay enjoyable. Special praise to chefs and kitchen staff who ensured our meal requirements were met. Impressed by ground staff who keep the resort looking immaculate for guests.

Ein großartiges Hotel mit einer wunderschönen Anlage und äußerst aufmerksamen, hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Alles war perfekt – wir hatten eine wunderbare Auszeit und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung!

Beautiful property and lovely staff

Service leaves much to be desired. I felt like a second class citizen during my stay. Probably would've been treated better if I was white/caucasian.

St regis goa is by far the best property in India. It’s away from the hustle bustle is goa, it’s perfect for family vacation. The property is so huge that you’ll need more than 2 days to just enjoy the property amenities. The pool is wonderful and clean. The property has a private beach and a beautiful sunset view. There romantic sunsets restaurants - susegado. The property also organizes activities for kids and adults like pottery and dance. All and all i would love to visit again.

The property was nice and the staff very attentive. Unfortunately they had weddings on every day that made the venue like a building site and very noisy.

Liked the location and peace and quiet. The wedding buggies drove too fast arround the property.

The breakfast service was a bit inconsistent but the property is stunning so that is forgivable.

Property was clean and grounds immaculate. Staff were very polite, informative and genuine. All restaurants offered an appealing menu with fine food. The Riverside restaurant on the bank of the Sal River overlooked a working fishing port with the boats coming and going all evening, a great backdrop. Good selection of drinks at the bar except for the beer being in only small bottles and expensive. Overall an excellent stay during our tour of the west coast of India.

The hotel was lovely and all the staff very warm and helpful. The room was lovely, but sometimes our bath room wasn't tided and cleaned very well during our stay. We only ventured to have our evening meal at the hotel one night during our stay but the restaurants were so quiet and lacking in atmosphere we still decided to venture off the complex. The spa treatment, staff and treatment room were all excellent, however the spa steam room and changing facilities were somewhat under par for what I would expect.
