Me encantó el desayuno, aunque muy poco espacio para sentarse, tuvimos que comer en la habitación. El cuarto era muy ruidoso por la cercanía del Freway.

good breakfast room was nice and clean not too far from beach.

Staff was friendly!!

Dirty facility, put our second room (with our kids) on a completely different floor, room smelled like ?wet dog, ?mildew?, very loud. Showed up for included breakfast and they had run out of food and shut it down over an hour early. Steer clear of this one. Better options.

Quiet and comfortable

The desk chair was torn, a handle was broken on a drawer, bathroom door would stick and was warped on the bottom. The shower curtain didn’t come down far enough in the tub so I was constantly fixing it while showering. Air conditioner in main area was cooling the room properly. The air conditioner in the bunk room area worked great, so that was helpful. Beds were comfortable. Parking space was to tight for my midsize suv.

It was an okay stay for our family overnight. Not anything too fancy or poor quality. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast.

Safeness

Best Western has been a hotel fav of ours for years but this one disappointed is greatly! Our room was facing a main highway road and it was sooo noisy all day and night, anytime! It was difficult to sleep, we are exhausted! The breakfast was the same food daily no switch up, we were there for 4 days and it was the same always, no variety. Parking was difficult either not any or very tight and we had a suv mothing special.

Our family stayed in a suite facing the pool. Location is really close to the freeway so I can see how some rooms can be noisy, however our room was fine with the sliding living room door shut. Rooms are a little dated but otherwise clean. Beds were comfortable. Daily breakfast was fine, nothing spectacular but your usual eggs, toast, cereal, waffle or pancakes. Pool and hot tub were clean and kids enjoyed it daily, although small. Overall location is convenient for access to SeaWorld/zoo but not in a location you would walk around. We enjoyed our stay

The staff was friendly, the hotel is simple but clean and the housekeeping was cleaning every day in the room. The parking lot is too tight even for the sedan. I mean the covered parking. Breakfast was good, we liked it . I can say that in general we loved the stay at Best Western .

Room was nice. We got to enjoy the view of the freeway. Only thing our room was across the trash bins and were woken up by the garbage truck. Over good experience!

Good: Beds were decent, room was spacious. Bad: Room smelled really funky. The carpet was wet under the AC unit. The shower tab was hard to pull, and parking is expensive.

The stay was great. Check in easy and quick. Staff were accommodating

This property is close to sea world and quiet.

The place is great. I just don’t like how the front desk staff didn’t take the call right away and we’ve been asking for some towels and they didn’t give us some. Not at all

Além de mal recebidos, dormimos três noites numa cama muito desconfortável. No checkout, disseram que estava tudo ok, e mesmo assim, três dias após nossa saída, adicionaram cobrança de taxas indevidas no cartão. Embora tenha uma boa localização e um razoável café da manhã, percebi que fiz uma péssima escolha.

Good rooms and nice breakfast. The service staff ( not front desk ) were very friendly and helpful. However, not sure if its a California thing, but there are no water dispensers ( at any level ), just ice dispensers. I was surprised to find that late at night. At another hotel in LA, we had to pay $4 for a 20oz bottle of water. this is crazy !! Another issue we had was with parking. Property details while booking said that the "covered parking" is $19. During check-in I was told that there is charge to park anywhere on the property. I cannot recall if it was $19 or $26. when I tried to reason with them that "covered parking" probably does not apply ( its their property end of the day ) to open spaces, they just shrugged it off. Since they have covered parking separately, I saw the difference but could not convince them. Fortunately, we found street parking.

I came to stay with my family for the 4th of July, the room was clean and the people were nice. However the night before we were going to be going to seaworld all day we barely got any sleep because of the noise on the freeway. They offered complementary ear plugs to combat the noise However that is not enough. I know that there is an investment that needs to be made by the owners to get better windows in the freeway facing part of the building. If your going to stay here just be aware that you might be placed on yhe side of the freeway and it is extremely noisy.

Didn't like the elevator to our room floor.
