Booked as just needing a place to sleep, not too picky & have stayed at other Days Inn before but not like this one, in fact did not stay after viewing the room & first impression.of pulling in was that of a sleazy motel, garbage all over parking lot, people drinking on the outside stairs. Pictures looked reasonable for price but are deceiving. Entire hotel smelled like smoke had a non smoking room which smelled like smoke, unkept & a used washcloth was sitting in the bath/shower. That was all I noticed for the minute I was in the room. Went to front desk for a refund & it was promptly granted with no hesitation which is most likely a normal occurrence as to the ease of the refund. I’m not trying to bash a decent hotel but this is not one. iIt was absolutely terrible & surprised it has as high of a rating as it does. Hey YouTuber Ryan Trahan if you are feeling brave gave this one a stay/review.

The property needs some repairs, renovations.

Room was dirty. Hair in the showers and stained towels.

Gross rooms. Super dirty. Shower was dirty, AC didn’t work. Not worth the money at all.

My kids enjoyed staying here. It’s clean.

Hotel is dated but stay was ok

Disgustingly dirty room. Tub was filthy, bed had dirt on it, counter unclean. Not a good experience.

The room needed some attention to maintenance. The bathroom was quite noticeable the towel rack bent and almost free of the wall, the bathtub water valve was loose where you adjust water temperature. The main door to the unit door latch hardware was very loose to the degree where it was jamming to prevent exiting the unit. There was a build up off debris around the cabnets. Breakfast was great and the pool was warm a nice bonus. The hot tub worked great. There was a nice view of the high level bridge from the room which was nice.A high light of lethbridge for sure.

Property is not well kept, pool hours are not convenient, all air conditioners in pool are dump heat into the area and make it unbearable, breakfast is sloppy and pathetic, in desperate need of an update.

It was a good stay.

Giving them a 2 star is very generous. Most of the issues are due to the age of the property. We stopped in for two nights. 1. The room was set up for 4 people, but there is no way that the room was created for that many people. we needed a room on the main floor because of my mom and her walker. However, there was almost no room for her to use her walker inside. 2. The other side of the bed had barely enough room for my father (89 years old) to get into the bed. Luckily he didn't need a walker or cane, or he would not have been able to get into it. 3. The air conditioning was almost on top of one of the double beds where I was sleeping and the air was blowing on me all night long. I needed to mound up pillows and blankets so that I could breathe without freezing and for my parents could get the cool air necessary for sleeping. There was barely room to walk between the beds and the desk area. 4. The light switch is connected to the fan in the washroom. This wouldn't be a problem except that the fan sounded like a jet taking off constantly. We eventually needed to unplug the fan so that the elderly staying there had the light on to reach the washroom in the middle of the night. 5. Add the fact that the light on the telephone was constantly blinking. We asked for help to get it to stop, but unfortunately they told us to ignore it and that it was broken. So piling papers on top of that so that it didn't keep us awake. needless to say, we will not be staying again anytime soon.

Breakfast was poor, limited choices and not great. I’ve had many hotel breakfasts and this was not it. Pool was warm, not even lukewarm, but warm. It was far from refreshing. Even the kids complained. When it’s 35’ outside we don’t need a heated pool. Pool liner is taped on with duck tape and all bubbled as well. Feel like it needs repairs. Lots of water stains and general feeling of ick. Never enough towels. Room was clean enough but didn’t feel like it had been deep cleaned. Needs upgrades. Not worth the price. Disappointed.

Hotel taken over by new management since I was last there. Everything is dirty. Rooms not kept up to par. Staff . Did not enjoy my stay as I did last time.

The staff was very nice but the hotel is quite run down and needs some updating. The towels and sheets smelled fine but were quite stained. The shower didn’t have consistent hot water. Our room (overlooking the pool) was very small but our friends had a room overlooking the coulee and theirs was quite a bit bigger and more updated. Positives: the air conditioning worked very well in our room. The breakfast was fine. The kids had fun at the pool (though the room air conditioners blow into the pool area so it’s very hot in there), the parking was easy to navigate and the location is convenient.

Everything was old. The beds weren’t terribly comfortable, and the Wi-Fi didn’t really work.
