Starbucks in the lobby was helpful. Restaurant was nice. There were too many strange people loitering in the lobby, a little uncomfortable. Room was nice.

The hotel experience unfortunately, did not match the reviews I saw. The hotel hasn't been updated for a long time and it shows from the furniture to the quality of the features in the room. The room had a broken safe and then we learned that the hotel isn't providing that service any more (seems like a basic service). The AC kept defaulting to a low temp and we were very cold at night. The TV only had streaming services which required our own account details. The front desk staff seemed to know the hotel is not good and didn't bother making it feel any better. Lastly, the location is close to tourist attractions but it's not safe or pleasant to walk in the area so take that into account!

Stayed here with my family after a Jets game. Hotel was a great location from the game and didn’t have to pay twice for parking. It was very convenient.

Pretty sketchy building, very loud neighbours. Poor security. Wouldn’t bring a young family here.

Freshly renovated room upgrades to king

Rooms are dated, the bathroom door didn’t latch, the walls are paper thin and I could hear the group in the room next to us as if they were sitting beside me, the complimentary coffee wasn’t stocked in the room and the headboard had clear oily hand prints on it. Don’t think I’ll be back.

It was great for its location and proximity to the arena but the surrounding area wasn’t pleasant. The staff were great.

Our room on the 24 floor was right behind the elevators and we found them to be very loud all night.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. They could use better pillows (they were too flat and thin, almost like not having any), better toilet paper and a heating system that doesn't sound like someone is knocking on the door every time it starts.
