Water pressure was.low in the sink and the shower pressure felt like PSI 50 . it was better than the LUXOR in Vegas

Price was affordable for the quality of the amenities good stay

Tight parking lot. The property needs a renovation. Beds were ok. Price was good. Night staff was awesome and let us place a few items in the freezer.

Upon arrival staff at check-in were unprofessional. Floors in room were stained and dirty (needed vacuum) from the moment we walked in. Beds were clean and comfortable. Remote to television had a dead battery. We had to request room service as trash was overflowing right before night #3, despite being told that room service was every other day. Will not return!

The staff was friendly and professional. Even being short staffed we were well taken care of. However, we did not realize that the hotel did not have an elevator. It’s advertised as accessible. But my daughter who sometimes cannot walk well or do stairs ended up being a huge pain to deal with. They were fully booked out so there was no other room options.

I don't know why, but it seems whenever we stay overnight at places the beds are hard and uncomfortable. It used to be comfy to stay at a hotel, motel, etc. That is my only complaint for my stay here. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was right. Thank you.

Everything was well the only thing is that breakfast area is way to small especially during breakfast time too many people and not many tables to sit. The staff/house keepers were very nice and all very attentive!

The hotel was well taken care of and the staff was very kind. The hotel is outdated but was perfect for our stay. Comfy bed and quiet. The only complaint is that the room constantly smelled of cigarette smoke, not something I cared for especially with having my small kids. Overall worth it.

This was one of 2 stops we had to make prior to returning home. Very convenient and comfortable. Met all of our needs.

I was in town for the Idaho State High School Rodeo Finals. Things in the room were ok. Had daily & nightly issues with the key cards working on the exterior doors and room door. The tv remote didn’t work very well, even after getting new batteries. The parking lot was extremely small and was a pain in the rear end with getting in and out of the parking lot with a full sized crew cab pickup! Staff was very friendly and helpful

Parking lot is really small. The grass around the building is dead, need to water. It was a good place to stop for one night.

We went for the HS rodeo finals & all the pictures on Google showed a pool & we went & they closed their pool. I had very sad kids. And their parking SUCKS especially for bigger vehicles/trucks.

The front desk attendant was not professional at all. She was kind in a weird sort of way, but constantly in the back room, often with her headphones on and couldn't hear/react to the desk bell. The hallways and room had an odor. The bath fixtures were very loose, and the sink drain was poorly adjusted to empty the sink. Worse item was the breakfast area, which was extremely tight for the patrons. The food was fair, not great. We will definitely NOT stay there again.
