The beds are comfy, the a/c is cold and Its close to everything

Utmost cleanliness. Very nice large room.

Great place to stay with friendly staff and yummy breakfast that rotated hot food selection daily. Only complaint was our room didn’t get cleaned while we stayed, however we do have a toddler so nap time could have been an issue for the workers. We usually had the room open 9-1.

Room appeared to be renovated recently. It was clean. The view of the river is very minimal- actually just a view of the bridge. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. The only complaint with the room is that the tub was draining very slow. Spoke to the desk clerk and they will have maintenance check it out. The area looked a little sketchy as mentioned in other reviews, but we had no issues.

From the hotel's location, it was simple and a short drive to get to the riverfront area of Covington and into Cincinnati. There was no view of the Ohio River from the property, which I thought might be visible, but the property was well lit, clean, and my family felt safe on the premises.

Room was warm/hot the entire stay, fridge didn’t work, had to use our cooler for food all week. Staff seemed nice, parking after 3-4 is impossible. Lot fills with truck’s/trailers taking 6-7 spots each. Horrible area, hotel is very dated and could use some attention. We got by, but won’t be staying there again.

Had a quiet room at the end of the hall. Clean for the most part with exception to the bathroom. Saw lots of hair on the floor and in the tub. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again.

The property was great for being one of the last hotels in town with vacancy. We made the mistake of trying to go to a Reds game the same weekend as a music festival. But this hotel had availability at a decent rate and was away from all the traffic. Free parking. Check-in was easy. Free breakfast. And there’s even a public bus called the SouthBank Shuttle Trolley that cost $2 one way or $4 all day and will drop you off right in front of the park. Can’t ask for much more than that!

Only complaint is that they did not have a 10 pm quiet time. One night young footfall players kept us up very late with noise

A quiet place and great service!

This hotel worked very well for a stop over night on the road. It is very convenient to the highway, and the free breakfast was surprisingly good. The hotel is clean and the staff are nice. The immediate area is not very attractive, but there is a cute restaurant row about 4 blocks away with a number of good restaurants.

Great experience . The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is clean and upgraded decor. Breakfast was great and the coffee. The surrounding area is not the best looking buy we were safe.
