Beatuiful historic hotel in downtown Stockholm (Östermalm). Walkable to the Old Town (Gamla Stan) and Djurgården (with all the museums). The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Our room was cleaned daily and we never saw the cleaning staff. The room was very beautiful and well maintained while still keeping the historic charm. Small things but still could have improved our stay/I wish I had known: 1)The rooms are small. We got a suite which was the size of a normal hotel room. 2)The AC does not really work in the room, which was OK becuase it was very cool in the evenings, but there is also no ceiling fan so the room got very toasty in the evening. 3) There is no door between the bathroom area and the bedroom so when I was getting ready in the morning I easily disturbed my sleeping husband. 4) There is one, very old elevator in the hotel, which broke towards the end of our stay, which made it very difficult to get to our room on the 6th floor. 5) There is a cocktail bar on the first floor, which we were excited to try, but it was NEVER open. We checked every evening of our week long stay. 6) Our minifridge was never restocked throughout our stay despite. We called down to request a refill but this was not done.

Wonderful staff – could use USB ports in the rooms - but other than that a very lovely place and central to everything

Beautiful hotel and location is well situated. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful, pleasant. Elevator was temperamental but staff were quick to assist with luggage. Room is clean and comfortable We had a wonderful and memorable stay

På ett femstjärnigt hotell borde det vara möjligt att kunna äta frukost innan 07.30 eller lunch innan 12.00

Otroligt läge, vackert hotell.

Frukosten är helt ljuvlig! Sängarna är superskönt och personalen är alltid lika trevliga.

Underbar frukost, bästa hotellet!

Trevlig miljö, ordinärt rum, för lång tids köande till frukosten, ordinär frukost. Förstår inte vitsen med att beställa ägg och omeletter separat eftersom personalen är så stressad. Logistiken till frukost borde förbättras! För det priset vi betalade borde effektiviteten bli bättre. Kanske mer personal? Kanske en ytterligare station med varm mat, där gästerna tar själva, som andra hotell har det? Kanske ha bokade tider till frukost? Jag kommer att välja ett annat hotell nästa gång.

Mycket fint och fräscht rum. Frukostbuffén var också mycket bra. Dessvärre var det svårt att få kontakt med personal för att beställa i baren såväl som på frukosten. Dålig logistik på frukosten med lång kö för att få bord. Hade förbokat spjälsäng till rummet, dubbelkollade i receptionen när vi checkade in där det bekräftades. Fanns dock ingen spjälsäng på rummet. Fick påminna receptionen ytterligare en gång innan den levererades.

Lovely stay, great location that is walkable. Everyone was very friendly and beautiful rooms.
