Flott rom med aircondition som hjalp midt på sommeren, badekar kunne trenge en oppdatering. Ellers veldig flott, hyggelig personal og god location for å utforske koeln

Expedia hadn't passed on that we required an accessible room as my wife is a wheelchair uset (stay booked 6 months prior to our arrival). Accessible rooms all fully booked on our arrival, but staff were very helpful and put us in a suite for the duration of our stay as this gave my wife the room she needed in the bathroom and the room in general. Staff throughout were very helpful, breakfast excellent, three fast lifts always available, so being on 11th floor was no hindrance. Room was great (air con was a godsend!), location excellent. Would stay here again.

The air condition was better in the hallway than in the rooms. Loved the window sills because you could enjoy your views from them. Our room leaked from the ceiling making nice puddles on the tile floor unexpectedly causing some amusing break-dancing and near floor destruction. I caught myself before I fell and broke a tile. No telling how much we would have had to pay in damages had I fully gave way. Our safe didn’t work so I had to rely on another room’s safe. That felt weird but, ok. The desk staff were nice and held our bags before and after check out very professionally. Just make sure they give you the side of the tags you are supposed to use as a receipt. Believe or not, I’d stay here again.

Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, auf Details wird er gelegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, beim Checkin war ich etwas in Eile, das hat die Dame an der Rezeption sofort wahrgenommen und hat mich nicht unnötig lange aufgehalten, das fand ich sehr aufmerksam. Auch fand ich nett, dass es einige Drinks in der Minibar umsonst gab und ganz wichtig: eine Kaffeemaschine!. Im Zimmer hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Ein Mega schönes Hotel super nettes Personal hervorragendes Frühstück sauber und sehr ruhig. Schade dass es im Dezember geschlossen wird. Es wird etwas fehlen in Köln

Zimmer und Hotel allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ausstattung trotzdem sehr gut und Frühstück umfangreich und lecker.

The number one problem with this hotel was the air conditioning DID NOT WORK!! We switched rooms and still had no working air conditioning. We had bought a fan earlier in our trip just because almost everywhere we stay in Europe there is virtually no air conditioning. We thought Germany would be different and the first few hotels were great for A/C. We stayed in way less expensive hotels on our trip and they had great A/C. This hotel was very disappointing because of this we had a hard time sleeping it was too hot at night. We opened the window but thst did very little. We used our fan but it just blew around the hot air. It was very uncomfortable. The front desk girl did move us the first night but she told us this was all they had for air conditioning nothing better. So that was that. Very disappointing. The location was great could walk for groceries and shopping was a few blocks away. Close to all attractions.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay. The local tram station is a six minute walk and the ride into central cologne on the tram takes only a couple more minutes. Everything works pretty well in the hotel so I have no reservation in recommending it.

Das Zimmerpersonal war sehr hilfbereit und hat uns die gratis Getränke aufgefüllt.

Excellent hotel, great location. Breakfast is great and with the best possible attendants. Really enjoyed my stay. Wold certainly book again in a next trip.

Breakfast could have had more options, it’s 30 dollars for one meal and little to pick from
