Under renovation but not an inconvenience. Staff was very helpful. I would stay again.

The carpets in the hallway still had the same specks of dirt during the whole 3 days of our stay. The carpets in the room were horribly dusty. We asked for another vacuuming on the second day. The vacuum was completely underpowered for the job and had little effect. The cleaner did not bother getting to the edges of the room. A line of dust was easily seen. When I mentioned the issue to the front desk, they told me that management would be in touch… well… it’s been a few weeks. No comment from them. Do NOT book if you have any kind of dust allergy. I coughed and sneezed during our entire stay. It is otherwise a nice place.

Property is under renovation and things are a mess. Parking lot is very congested with cars blocking exits.

The room and view were great

We were on the 6th floor. In renovations but still good. Major changes to this hotel that was the Prince Rupert Hotel. 50 years ago I stayed there on the same floor. Breakfast was okay, basic but well supplied for a continental breakfast.

Somewhat expensive for the location.

on check in the clerk was very friendly. The cleaning person left cleaning bottle in my bathroom and just left piled towels on corner of sink, used glasses were not collected.

Very helpful staff and good location

The hotel was very clean and a short taxi ride (~C$12) from the ferry and rail terminal. It was downtown and only a short walk to Safeway and the tourist area of Cow Bay. Thanks to all the staff that made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was fresh and very nice.

This hotel could use a make over. The bones are good. The continental breakfast is simple but efficient.

I liked the hotel but it’s not on the water front. There is another hotel in the way of the view. I wanted what I thought was water front but only found out when we got there.
