Such a beautiful place to stay, coolest thing was a spa for nails, facials etc, along with a barber shop. It was super clean & quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was super easy.

We live only just over an hour away but come here to stay frequently as our favourite getaway. We absolutely love the atmosphere and staff at this hotel. Will be back again soon!

L’hôtel a un style vraiment unique et on sent que c’est un bâtiment historique. Bien qu’ancien, les installations sont bien entretenues ou même neuves. La section bassin d’eau chaude au sous-sol est un peu cachée, mais c’est un bel endroit pour se détendre. Les chambres sont immenses, ce qui est surprenant pour un hôtel historique.

Very friendly staff and beautiful hotel

Enjoyed the charm of this historic Hotel. Very handy to Downtown Regina and easy walking to Museum and Legislature. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed the whiskey, drinks and food in the Prohibition Bar! Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyable stay!

Hotel was clean, staff helpful. Beds comfortable. Bathroom was tiny but did the job.

I was unable to get theough to the front desk to request anything unless i called from my cell phine, they ignore the hotel lroom line. No mention of paid per night parking which is also a public lot not hotel property horrible portion sizes and service in the bar lobby

The hotel and their staff were on another level. An older historic property, that was top knotch. We stayed for four nights, used all the amenities, lounge, and the Burrows restaurant, all where outstanding.

Our bill was initially overcharged but quickly corrected. Our favorite hotel in Regina—fantastic service and comfort. We’ll definitely book again! A wonderful experience overall, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

We checked into the hotel and headed to our room, only to hear loud barking from the neighboring room. The constant noise made it difficult to relax, so we called the front desk to report the issue. The staff was very understanding and acted quickly, offering us a different room in a quieter area of the hotel. Within minutes, we packed up our belongings and relocated to the new room. This time, it was peaceful, allowing us to settle in comfortably. We appreciated the hotel’s prompt response and excellent customer service, ensuring our stay was much more enjoyable.
