Was a nice hotel close to the zoo. We didnt have hot water in the bathroom sink, but otherwise it was a great place!

I like that the hotel is very convenient to Ochsner’s medical chamois. The AC did not work very well, the room was hot. I expected a walk in shower since it was a handicapped room but it had a big tub.

Great hotel for families that have loved ones in the hospital. My only complaint would be the beds were pretty hard but besides that everything was great

You could smell weed in the hallway and there was sign that said no smoking in the hotel. We asked a hotel employee to look into it and he made a comment and laughed about it. There was about 7 signs around the pool area that said no smoking in the pool area and on the hotel and hospital grounds. There was one person smoking in the pool area and swimming in his underwear, really nice to see, not. No security or they just didn’t care!

My room was very hard to find, the lady at front desk did not help at all, she was actually rude. My room was damp, sheets were damp and it was horrible to sleep on. I like the fact that if you have a love one in the hospital you can get a room for the night.

This hotel is part of a large cancer hospital. It's such a large facility that it was a little complicated to get around and access parking.

Great clean property. Pool is amazing.

Great atrium to meet others or relax. Refrigeration in the rooms always needed to be changed out. Management was excellent at resolving issues. Easily hear neighbors. Door shut and latch very hard, noisy. David is always curteous. Bianca was a great house keeper.

We have stayed there multiple times before. We really like staying there.

While the hotel itself was a nice place to stay (loved the atrium and amenities), I would not stay again due to the checkin/parking situation. There was nowhere to park to checkin which meant parking in the garage off to the side before check in.

Needs mini fridge maintenance in most rooms. Upgrade bathtub faucets. Over all, safe. Could hear neighbors and their early morning alarm.
