Everything was excellent, check in was a breeze, friendly service everywhere, great breakfast, excellent hotel restaurant, nice room with everything you need.

Cute hotel in a very good location - walking distance to the lake and ferry, store and restaurants around. Free to use electric charger and free wide outside parking, pets allowed, nice size swimming pool and nice choice for breakfast (I’d like omelette to be free of charge though). Hotel is a bit old and you can see some signs but overall very pleasant experience

We loved this hotel ! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh food, the pool was relaxing (although there was a lot of construction noise next door) along with the evening music. I would def recommend this hotel. But I have an issue with Expedia and cannot get through to a live person to discuss !!

The property was clean but it was old. All the furniture and appliances were maybe over 30 years and it was like staying in the 1950. But my wife liked the breakfast. The staff were great and helpful. But the hotel itself needed renovation.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen vom ersten Moment an. Frühstück im Garten des Hotels, das sehr lecker war. Besser kann der Tag nicht beginnen. Sehr viel zu Fuß erreichbar und da wo es nicht möglich ist kommt man kostenlos mit dem Ticino–Ticket hin. Jederzeit wieder.

Très bon séjour. L'accueil était très bon. Le personnel du restaurant a été très professionel et sympathique. la localisation de l'hotel permet d'accéder au centre ville, au lac à pied facilement. Le seul petit bemol, le mobilier et la salle de bain sont bien viellissant.

Super clean hotel and friendly staff. Good location, few minutes walk to the lake and 20 min walk to Laguna. Excellent funicular nearby, fab views from there. Really good bus service to Laguna or other places which is free with a Ticino card (available at the hotel) We went to Morcote village on the bus which is definitely worth a visit.
