Enjoyed our stay, everything was clean,staff was great. Close walking distance to good food.

Parking was secure. Paid additional fee to park underground.

Parking was good and secure Room was clean Staff very accommodating.Only issue was heat was on and air conditioning not working which left you in 28 degree room which was not comfortable to sleep in

The hotel has discontinued personal amenities such as body lotion and shower caps. Otherwise the stay was very good. Appreciate the airport shuttle. Great service.

Great staff and clean rooms

We were in a renovated room which was very nice. The only comment on the room would be that they should put in a small table and another chair (for eating, playing cards). There was a lot of wasted space in the room. Staff were very helpful and check in was very good. We had indoor parking included so that was nice. The restaurant has also been renovated, however they have put in too many seating areas for 6 people and not enough for 2-4 people. Hence, couples are put in the large seating areas taking up table space that was designed for 6.

Room was comfortable and nicely updated

My only complaint was our room being so warm. The temp was 25.5 and no option to turn the air on. Otherwise our stay was fantastic! We will be back!

Staff were great, the restaurant is delicious and has an amazing Sunday brunch. Hotel is a bit older, the tv doesn’t have any steaming options. It’s a smart tv and you need to log in on the internet to access apps and the internet doesn’t have the capacity to support that. No confectionery on site, there is a vending machine in the lobby. Gym is ok, older equipment and warm. Nice location downtown and by the river. Parking is gated which helps to feel secure. Room is renovated.

The pool is the best part of our stay!!

Clean room, hallways were loud in the morning with housekeeping repeatedly slamming doors and talking loudly. Hot tub desperately needs an upgrade - pool was very warm. Restaurant was decent, no butter given with toast which is my biggest pet peeve these days with restaurants. Neighbouring bar attracts some pretty gross, smelly people, I would stay away. May consider this again if all other options are booked.

All was pretty good. Room was clean, staff were very nice, restaurant was good. My problem comes with the pool. Kids and I went to the pool as soon as they woke up. Hot tub had gross scum of the sides as it was dirty and foam would overtake when the jets were on. My daughter told me there was a cup at the bottom of the pool so I jumped in and when down to get it. Glass cup which could have been so bad if had been jumped on and/or broken. I have pictures of same!!
