We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay. The room was very clean, and overall everything was great. There were only a couple of minor issues: the swimming pool was closed, and when I called the front desk around 12:00 a.m. to request an extra blanket, no one answered. Other than these small issues, it was a really nice place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Found out after paying that the pool and fitness center was closed!!! Request refund

It will be a nice property once it's finished construction; a lot of things to fix before it's done.

Friendly, helpful staff

We went while the were in the midst of transitioning to a Hilton, and during this time there were no amenities to speak of. The pool was closed (in 95 degree heat mind you), there was no breakfast service, and even our room phone didn't work. This was particularly frustrating because we had neighbors who were loudly partying from 2am-4am, and we could not reach the front desk to ask for help. When we walked directly to the desk, there was nobody there. I could be more forgiving about this if we had been warned ahead of time that we wouldn't have access to several of the amenities we thought we were paying for, but we were not. Overall, we were very unhappy with the hotel. Hopefully it will get better after they finish their renovations, but I wouldn't recommend the place until then.

Be a lot better if there was a feee breakfast considering the nightly price you pay

Everything was great but the pool wasn’t working because of Reno’s and the pillows were flat! Other than that the place was great :)

Booked based on location to where I needed to be and that it has a pool and breakfast. Due to renovations there was no pool or breakfast. Only 3 pillows instead of 4 on a king sized bed and the towels and cloths were very stiff. I would have booked elsewhere had i know the features I wanted were not going to be usable for what I paid

Rooms were clean and we were told amenities were limited due to construction. No safe in Rooms. Would be nice. House keeping half cleaned our room. Asked front desk if this is normal and they said no, but could not clean as it was later and wouldn't provide any discounts or credits.

traveled with family in July 2026. rented 2 rooms. everything was great, very clean rooms, fresh renovation, close to Kostka and Walmart. staff friendly. our room was on the smoking floor, but we didn't feel smoke in the room. The only comment: there were 4 people living in the rooms but there were only 2 cups. we waited for someone to free a cup to drink coffee in the morning I would come back again

The room was incredible clean, the renovation was tasteful and felt luxurious. The staff was friendly and educated. Parking lot was lacking stalls but spacious spots so that made up for it. Rooms had good AC and we didn’t even notice the Smokey air until leaving the hotel. Great experience and would happily visit again.

Still in the midst of renovations but room was nice and clean

While this hotel has been renovated it is very noisy, door handle was barely attached and the shower was barely a trickle of water with zero pressure. The pool and amenities were not operational and the breakfast was non existent even though my reservation said breakfast included. There was no restaurant. Apparently pool and restaurant are still under renovation which should have been reflected in the price and hotel description when booking but it wasn’t.

Facility was clean spacious and staff was friendly. Lots of free parking.
