I traveled to care for an elderly relative and have dogs so was looking for a pet accommodation that felt safe and was restful. This location fit both of those and was a very pleasant stay. It is set off of a neighborhood with a very nice walking trail and is perfect for taking a few longer energy release walks to make the traveling with pets more enjoyable.

Traveling through, needed a place to lay our heads for the night. Great price, comfy bed, clean.

Rooms were clean they're remodeling pool was cold

Even with renovations to the property going on outside. The Hotel was very clean and staff helpful. Good stay.

Hotel was under construction at time of stay blocking main doors and noise from upstairs was very loud day and night

Surestay was a great hotel and a great price for the stay! The breakfast was great, beds were comfy, and the hotel itself was clean. Would stay there again!

Was construction going on in entryway and had to park way away from entrance. Room was 85 degrees when we walked in and took forever to cool down. I have allergies and the started flaring up instantly. Checked filters in a/c unit and found out why. Photos to follow. Staff didnt seem to care that they hadnt been cleaned in a month of Sundays. Would never stay here again.

I booked through a third party when arriving I checked in and did all necessary paperwork. I then tell the front desk we have a service dog for our daughter. The clerk tells me that’s there is a charge. I said per ADA regulations he is a medical device and we should be charged , clerk said he is a pet and charged me. I asked for corporate number because this was a violation of ADA .

Elevator doors were not clean

The hotel has not been updated. The carpet was very old, worn and dirty. None of the equipment in the fitness center worked. The breakfast was poor - few options. The staff were pleasant. The location is very convenient.

I found the curtain in my room in the chair and the white silk curtain has slits in it

I like everything good service

Our stay was comfortable. Didn’t use the pool. Disappointed because the water was very cold. Breakfast was mediocre due to lack of food. The potatoes were never refilled while we were there. Over all experience was ok.

Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was moderately clean. I would recommend this hotel for a one night stay. Our room was decently comfortable. Minimal noise from outside and traffic.

The bed was worn-out and very uncomfortable, the room was cleaned and the service was very helpful and friendly.
