Our stay was ok for a Hyatt property. I thought Hyatt was a more respectable brand, but this visit was not that. First, we thought that since we were Hyatt members there would be a fee waived for parking. We were told that corporate just changed that and even the front desk did not agree with the change. We had to pay for parking. Thanks Corporate, maybe you should listen to your staff who disagreed with this changed. I had to pay for parking, which was ridiculous. Oh and to top it off, the evening front desk staff told me I should not have paid for it as they do not even check to see who has paid it and who has not. It is not even registered with the front desk! So now I feel like I was scammed!! Note to others reading this, do NOT scan the QR code and pay for parking unless the hotel corporate decides to implement some sort of procedure to check every vehicle. I get that paid parking should be implemented if you are utilizing the Park and Fly option. We were just staying in the hotel for two nights. Our parking should have been included or we should have been paying for parking through the hotel front desk. Not some random QR code. I never even got an email confirmation or receipt for this paid parking! We were also never told at check in about the option to enjoy a free adult beverage in the evening. We learned this from a random guest in the elevator as he said, "well they better provide something like this since I had to pay for parking!"

The only problem I had with this hotel is that they never answered their phone and the voicemail was full. They offer a shuttle, but you can’t actually make arrangements because they don’t answer. I missed breakfast (left too early) but appreciated the coffee that they had brewed. AC and fridge were loud but other than that slept well.

My stay was very good for my birthday weekend staff was very attentive and room was very clean it was awesome experience everyone was so helpful it was really appreciated

Brittany was wonderful! Just got in wee hours of morning and although nothing was open she made me the best pesto sandwich I have ever eaten. She was very kind and helpful. i instantly went from the dog-tired traveler to happiest man on earth...no kidding! Great stay!

Simple to get too and everyone was friendly

They sold our hotel room before we got the chance to get there because I accidentally booked it underneath my name instead of my sisters

Property was decent however, the fire alarm went off late night and it was false. Staff was very nice and friendly.

The rooms were great and the staff was friendly especially Bryant! He made it extra special and would go back just because of his customer service! He deserves a raise! Best customer service I have ever experienced before!

Nothing alarms going off like crazy

The stay was nice and the staff were friendly. The only thing was their fire alarm kept going off. It went off 3 times. Once really early in the morning.

Wash room door was bit difficult to open and close because of space issue

Fire alarm went off twice, once after 10:30 pm and again the next morning around 7:30. We were told it was a false alarm but no other explanation was given. Not ideal when the purpose of my solo trip was to recharge and relax.

My dad dial airport stay now charges guests for overnight parking. Not a fan. In the room we have a long fake fingernail beside the sofa so…housekeeping may need a little help.

Stayed for flight out the next morning. Fast check in. Room was comfy. But also very noisy/loud as our room faced the adjacent highway. Breakfast was okay. Shuttle driver to airport was very nice and friendly.
