Ultra clean relaxing room with high quality bed and bedding. Helpful and accommodating staff at check in and out. Scallop dish was one of the best I’ve ever had. Bread pudding dessert was hard and burned in places. I’d return.

Clean room and premises. Only two stories and no elevator, but they offer to assist with luggage. Very close to Newport and all the activity in that area. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was a surprise. It is spotless, comfortable and friendly. Recently remodeled, the room was large and convenient with everything you could possibly want.. The people at the desk and in the dining room were very accommodating. We were made to feel like old friends. The price was more than reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This place left me a little torn. On the outside and in the common spaces, it looks fantastic — they’ve clearly done a beautiful job remodeling what feels like an old motel into something stylish and modern. The vibe is great, and the rooms are comfortable, well decorated, and really do look good at first glance. That said, something about it feels a bit “off” once you’re inside the room. For me, it was the sink — it was completely clogged and not draining at all when I checked in. The staff fixed it quickly (they were very diligent and helpful), but it made me realize this is probably a property where things break often behind the scenes. It’s like the bones are old, even though the face-lift is excellent. Overall, it’s a cute place with a great remodel and a fun vibe — just be ready for occasional hiccups that remind you it’s still an older property underneath the new shine.

Everything was great except getting put into an accessible room, which we didn’t need, so that was kind of weird. But the hotel was clean and great for a quick overnight to the Newport area.

Great place to stay for a good price compared to the Newport prices. Staff were wonderful with my pet allergies and late arrival.
