This hotel was OK but not nearly as good as other La Quinta's I've stayed at. Breakfast was poor quality - same cardboard egg flats and sausage patties each day. No butter, no whole milk. Coffee wasn't hot. The room had some annoying gnats that apparently live in the sink overflow drain. Toilet paper was the thinnest I've ever seen. Motel 6 has better. The only saving grace was that they welcome dogs although $25/night/dog is really excessive.

Just the renovation inconveniences

Facilities were nice and clean. Staff friendly and efficient.

The staff was respectful, accommodating and professional. Free breakfast was as expected. The building needs refurbishment however, carpets are stained,wall coverings are worn and have tears, and repairs to the room were done poorly.

Shuttle to the airport was convenient.

Clean rooms and beds. No smoking rooms we’re really no smoking. Free of pesky pet left overs.

Great beds, clean room, clean bathroom with plenty of hot water.

We asked for a 3 am wake up. We needed to be at the airport. NEVER GOT A CALL. That’s a big deal,to us. The person at the front desk has little to do at 3 am.

The staff was very nice. There was hair in the shower & on the sink in my room. The bed was a bit worn & it was noisy upon sitting on it.

Couldn’t open window and a/c was a room unit and very noisy

Room was simply too old, no upgrades in years. We arrived at Bradley Airport and choose this Hotel due of distance to the Terminal. For the money that I paid, we could get a better service at any Marriot or Hilton

This is our go-to spot en route from Maine to Maryland to break up the long drive.. Staff are friendly and know the area. We travel with our greyhound and she also is very comfortable here. Clean. Easy in/out excellent beds - and pillows. Plus a great restaurant just steps away. Thank you LaQuinta for such a perfect spot.
