Room by exterior door to hotel very loud in morning

My card key didn't work and the staff was very friendly and quick to fix it. The room was clean and quiet. The beds were super comfortable. Nice place!

Room was clean. But in 2 beds room for 2 - 4 person only one chair. Very small pillows. Toilet very small and door open inside till toilet seat

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was ok, the pool is small but a nice feature for our kids. Would stay again overall would definitely stay here again.

After I booked the room, I started to read some of the reviews and instantly began to regret my decision. I didn’t have time to refund it so we took a chance. I’m glad we did! I’m not sure what all the fuss was about. I saw no bugs. I thoroughly checked. Albeit the room wasn’t immaculate. Housecleaning could definitely do better. But it was a pleasant stay. The bedding and beds themselves were very comfortable and clean. The cooling in the room was perfect. No issues. Check in/out was super fast and convenient especially since it was a late late check in. It looks like it’s been recently renovated. Some extra attention to detail could have been used. Paint job not the best. All in all we weren’t there to stare at the imperfections. We needs a place to lay our heads and prepare for our upcoming adventure the next day. I would book again.

The bathroom is ridiculously small. It was hard to get in far enough to shut the door. Sunday outside doors were not functional, with no sign.

The one good thing is Tesla charging provided with no additional fee. a little disappointed with the room condition. The wall AC unit is loud and broken vent vanes. There were dog paw print on the bed sheet. Everyday I have to ask for towels because they don't come in to clean or even replace towels on the floor. I had them changed all the bed sheet and pillows.

Personnel attentionné. Bruyant (bord de l’autoroute 95). 15 minutes de la plage et du port de Portand. Ça reste un hôtel de bord d’autoroute, sans plus.

The rooms were all remodeled and newly painted (although it seemed like a high school kid might've done the painting), bedding was fresh & clean, there was no weird smell. However, there was a homeless man begging just two doors down from my room near the ice machine. It freaked me out since I was on a solo trip. I did call the front desk and they (almost immediately) had someone take care of it. This area of town isn't the nicest... my friend was staying on "the other side of the bridge" and it was a really cute area with tons of shops and restaurants. It was 15 minutes away. Overall: It's a FINE place to stay for the cost. Don't expect better than FINE.

I enjoyed my stay and thought was excellent value for the money. For old property it has been kept up well. I enjoyed they had pool and strong AC in the rooms.
