Great service

Our favorite place in Vancouver.

Very disappointed I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this was one of the worst I've ever stayed at it felt like I was at a low budget hotel and it wasn't a low budget price I was right across the hallway from where they get breakfast made which they would start at 4:00 in the morning and you can hear everything they were doing but when I first got there I had to move to a different room because the refrigerator was too loud and I moved to a different room and that refrigerator was loud but I didn't say anything and the bathtub was clogged and it took them 2 days to unclog it so I had to take a bath with other people's hair was disgusting I was very disappointed in this hotel

This motel has a great feel to it. The staff is always wonderful. Whenever I am in Vancouver I try to stay here.

Great location and super spot to stay. Staff were very helpful and kind. We will return again as we have family in the area.

I love this hotel! I have many hotels to choose from in Vancouver, but I will always stay here. The staff are friendly and truly care about hospitality. This place is quiet! When I checked in, front desk staff told me the place was booked but I would have never known that otherwise. I usually have a hard time sleeping in hotels due to noise…but not here!

Seriously one of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in!

The property was fine but outdated. Bed was way too soft and you sunk in middle. Toilet seat was broken and slid off when you sat on it. TV seemed 40 years old .
