James, Toa, and Jatty were so kind and helpful throughout my stay. From the room, to the pool, to the beach, it was so nice and convenient to just relax and have a lovely stay-cation.

We enjoyed especially the snorkeling, the jacuzzi, and the pool.

The beach and pool were great, easily accessible. Plenty of activities to enjoy. We booked the submarine and swimming with the manta rays. The food at the luau was delicious and event was top notch. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

It was a good experience, but it could be better. The staff and service could improve significantly.

Hotel is in a great location, and it is a full service hotel with pool, spa, and several restaurants and a bar near the pool. The rooms could use a bit of updating, but it was comfortable. I was there 2 nights, and my room wasn't cleaned, which was disappointing. It wasn't cheap, so I expected a bit more. Front desk was understaffed, and the restaurant only serves $58 brunch on Sundays. I wanted to order off the menu, but I was told that wasn't an option.

Love the location of the hotel. So many things to do inside the resort. Many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Will definitely be back to this resort.

Great hotel and very clean!

My room was on the fourth floor overlooking the beach front swimming pool is great great music. I just spent one night just to see what it would be like. I’ll think I’ll come back again and stay a little longer.

Our room did not have any cold water and unable to shower. They sent maintenance up 3 times to fix the shower but no luck. We were not offered a new room or discounted. We showered in the sink.

Hotel can use some updating. And power washing! Bathrooms need updated. Service was excelllent and food and drinks good.

Cleaning of the rooms is every 5 days! I thought Covid was over. They replace towels and take the trash every two but the that is crazy for a hotel. Location is great.

Lots of restaurants near by or in the hotel itself for purchase. Bed was very comfortable pillows were on the softer flat side

We moved here unexpectedly after our original hotel lost power, and it turned out to be a huge upgrade. The Courtyard was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located — right in the heart of Kailua-Kona. We could walk to everything: the beach, shops, restaurants, and attractions were all just steps away. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was relaxed but well-kept. Even with the last-minute booking, our stay felt seamless and stress-free. I’d choose this hotel again without hesitation.
