Mattress in the pool area. Swimming pool not functioning

The hotel was fine. We were bummed the ice machines and drink machines were broken. I don’t know if it was the side we were on or the whole place, but you could very loudly hear the planes taking off. Quiet hours from the planes were probably 11pm-5am.

The room was a S##t Hole. It was dirty, lights were missing or not even there. No hot water. Walls and everything thing around it was mated up. I mean this place was terrible. I asked for some money back and was shut down immediately let alone it was difficult to understand the deal clerk. I have literally seem better prison cells. I will be contacting Wyndham

Hotel needs lots of work inside out!

The handle fell off the door, the water was never anything other than cold in the shower, the room was in poor repair, could not believe it was so rundown for what they charged. The guy checking us in never got off the phone.

It was nice and quiet. Only reason for 3 stars is because the bed was hard as a rock

The staff are extremely helpful great services. The property is old outdated rooms. Rooms need new make over. Old bed also bed bugs in the room and on the bed very old fun

Nice and quiet

Defiantly not as advertised. It's a Days Inn so I wasn't expecting it to be amazing, but I didn't expect it to be so sad. Also, no one told me where the complimentary breakfast was. When I tried to get 2 pillows I had to keep asking until I finally got an employee willing to go get them for me.

Run down building, run down room, loud people partied outside their rooms each night, smell of pot outside every night, pool cemented in and old mattresses piled up in pool area, old air conditioners piled up around the building. We checked out a whole day early and asked for a discount of the days we did stay and a refund for the one whole day we didn’t stay. Clerk said we had to get our money back from Hotels.com who we booked through.

Good for one night, but i don't recommend for more days

I’ve been going to days inn for many years now, whether it’s with family or the many teams I coached soccer. After this stay, it will be my last. It was my first time using a days in the America. Went with my family and needed two rooms Prior to booking I called to ask about damage deposit. I was told that I would only have to give deposit for one since both booking were under my name. When I got there I was told differently and end up paying for both. Not a big deal but not the way I wanted to start there. When we got to our rooms, bed looked nice and actually was comfy but other than that . The place was out of date and run down. There were stains on the wall, they had a little cabinet where I believe a fridge use to be rip out. Loose nails. I have a 2 year old with us. Had to keep him away constantly from it. All the chairs had rips in them. Fire alarm did not look liked it worked. This place offered breakfast, bread tasted like it was days old. When you took a shower , you either have hot water or not. Seem like hot water ran out if people are taking showers up stairs. Garbage bin was overflowing and it was front of my room. Being a tourist, I did not know it was beside a private hangar(airport). Runway litterslly steps outside your door. Soooo loud. Many of you might be thinking I might be high maintenance. When I was younger I stayed in MANY hostels. They were cleaner than this place. It’s a shame they use Days Inn name. Surprise Corporate hasn’t come yet

Not what I expected.

Too noisy from traffic for me. For the price, it was ok. Sheets were soft and good pillows. You can avoid traffic noise by getting north facing room. Loved convenience of pulling car up to the door (south facing rooms only).

Late arrival to an unwanting staff member who was busy with a tv show. Unrequested handicap access room next door to a tenant with a small dog that barked for hours. And limited sleep due to strange location and obvious safety concerns(see picture)

What a terrible experience, the hotel is located on top of the Auburn air field. lots of plane noise. On the room at the end of my wing there was a Sheriff notice for the occupants to stay away. My daughters were scared to read that. Additionally the room looked to have dirty/ stained sheets on one bed which was disgusting. We also pulled the sheets down on each bed to check for bed bugs, which we found none. However the mattresses were stained with who knows what and looked they should have been replaced a long time ago. We were planning on staying two nights but plans changed so I went to the front desk to see about a cancelation of one night. The guy behind the desk said that since it was a 3rd party (hotels.com) booking that he wouldn't/ couldn't do it and i needed to call them. So i called and Hotels.com said they would have to contact the Days Inn which she did. Long story short, the same guy behind the desk answered the hotel.com call and told them he wouldn't refund. So we left the next morning anyway. I would cancel travel to Auburn before i would ever stay their again. Save your money and pick a better hotel.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basically non-existant. Choice of white or wheat bread. Cereal or instant oatmeal. Coffee or juice. They need to do better. A/C was noisy.
