Floors in the room were dirty. There were holes in the walls and tub. Mattress was not soft or wven comfortable, felt like a box spring with a pad on it. Other guests were loud and revving their engines late into the night.

The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful to me and my dog. I so appreciated a room on the first floor as I requested. I do wish there had been a coffeemaker in the room. They are inexpensive and would add so much to being able to wake up and have coffee.

Filthy. I didn’t even want to touch anything. Curtains torn. Will never stay in this place ever. May never stay in ESA ever. Should be ashamed to even offer these rooms for rent.

Chris is was amazing he made sure we was in good hands with no issues.

The toilet was so low, it felt like a child toilet.

It was clean quiet. The only issue was that I had reserved a room with a king-sized bed, but the room I received had two full-sized beds. with 1 king bed and the room I got was 2 full beds

It was borderline not good but I gave ok because the Staff were extremely friendly but too much foot traffic for a one point of sale register they are unable to do more than one customer at a time. I went to take a shower and found roach in my washcloth and bugs in the bedding we checked out upon finding those. With help from a district manager and some training this would be a nice for the price place.

Dont waste your time in this hotel.

The room they gave me at check-in was already occupied. Had to wait another 30mins for them to clean another room for me (at 630pm) after they had called me at 5pm to say my room was ready. No soap, shampoo in room, and only 1/4 roll of toilet paper. No one in office and office locked at 830am the next morning for check out, call box phone did not work. Ended up leaving the room key in the call box

I stayed here for one night and there were bugs everywhere! Including in the bed. Everything looked dirty and the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while! There were used wash cloths in the tub.

Discussing. Poor housekeeping. The carpets are sticky and oily. Not clean at all. Random bar of soap laying on the counter in the kitchenette when we walked in, roaches in the drawer, dirty duvet looked like blood all over it. No shampoo or conditioner. Bathroom sink clogged. Microwave was filthy. Floor wasn’t swept at all in bathroom. The list could go on. I would never stay here again and would never recommend to anyone. Needs shut down honestly.

Charging me $100.00 deposit for any property damage. And if everything is good they are too return the $100.00 back to my account. There is nothing written on the website about charging a deposit.

Front desk complained I smelled like cigarettes when I came down during my stay to ask a question- they asked if I smoked in the room (I said no was smoking outside far end of parking lot) and warned me I would be banned for life if smoked in room. Girl told me I ‘reeked’! Also dresser and nightstand drawers kept opening by themselves. That is why I went to front desk- showed them video of one of the drawers doing this. Fridge door had many rust spots all over the door and only had ONE plastic drink cup in bathroom. Bed and pillows stunk.

100 deposit that was not advertised and took a week to return to my account. Lots of people just lurking around in the parking lot and on stairwells ...

Location, very close to everything. Safe and quiet. The halls and stairs need to be cleaned.

Absolutely the filthiest place I could imagine. Stepping out of the bathtub your feet will be filthy after two steps. Disgusting and the place smelled like a urinal
