We stayed here while in town for a baseball tournament and paid for two rooms. Due to our schedule getting cut shorter, we checked out one day early. The hotel management refused to refund the the extra we didn’t stay and said it’s their policy that your reservation dates are non-refundable upon early departure. So we had to pay for, technically, two nights that we weren’t there.

Extremely poor mainanance and cleaning. Thete was glass in the carpet in our room.

The breakfast choices were limited

Sheets were gross and stained. Everything is old and dirty.

I paid the additional charge for early cancelation because I wasn't sure if the room was going to be needed or not. I tried to cancel and it denied it.

I had to clean the room before I stayed in the room the sheets and pillow cases had blood stains on them. The wall had a booger on it. Shower was dirty bed had hair in it. I had to go get new bed spreads n remake my bed and I cleaned the shower. I was told I had to clean the room because it’s not enough workers

I’m confused why this hotel was rated 7.4/10. The hotel was not super clean, our room smelled like cigarettes even though it’s a smoke free hotel and the bed has divets in it making it insanely uncomfortable. I didn’t interact much with hotel staff so I can’t speak positively or negatively about that. The hotel was fine for what it was, but comfort and cleanliness was very low.

My family and I stayed one night here. The beds are comfy and the location is good. The room was really tight spaced. My biggest issue was the bathroom. It was so small and tight with the sink being outside, the space was ridiculously small. The walk in shower door constantly leak on the bottom, we had wipe the floor and used up the clean towels provided. Breakfast was okay but not worth it. Some of the food was already cold and there wasn’t much variety.

This wasn’t the greatest place, but not the worst. Lobby was clean, but hallways were hot and stinky. Room mostly clean except shower had hair in it and shower head broken. Sink was slow to drain also. Not reported as check out person wasn’t very friendly and took the key card after walking from the breakfast area. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy ( in a crockpot). Went to eat and it was cold. Had to warm it up in the microwave. This was Saturday. Didn’t attempt to eat on Sunday. Noise was not really an issue. Couldn’t hear hallway noise, only stomping from above. Air conditioning did work in the room which is a plus since it was very hot out.

The night we checked in we arrived at midnight as our flight was late. the lobby smelled heavily of weed and the front desk clerk seemed… confused. As we walked up to our room on the 3rd floor it smelled like smoke from an old fire and mildew. We debated on leaving then but most surrounding hotels were full. There were sketchy people at all times outside in the parking area. That evening it sounded like someone running up and down the hall banging on doors and jiggling door handles. The room wasn’t terrible, the bed was clean. But the hotel is in need of a lot of repairs, missing light and a broken light in the bathroom, old carpet that didn’t feel clean, just overall a lot of wear and tear and no updates or maintenance. Lesson learned: look at the yelp and travel advisor sites, as Expedia listed this as “good” 7 rating, which I would give it a 2. Wouldn’t recommend.

Not the cleanest, but not horrible either. Decent place for the price. It was just a one night stay.

Decent service

Plumbing noise all night. The tv was heard from the next room but it was not turned up loud.

We were completely out of shampoo, and so were our friends in another room, on a different floor. They actually didn't have conditioner or shampoo, but other than that everything was wonderful. Thank you,the front counter staff was very pleasant and so was the breakfast/ cleaning gentleman.

The Place was filthy. The carpets didn't look like they had been vacuumed in a month. The curtain was broken so I couldn't close it on the ground level. Very old and dirty.

the staff was lovely and made the check in/out process very simple! however the room was a bit.. filthy. like there were stains on the comforters and curtains and towels.. and walls.. and so on, but other than that the stay was pretty good! thank you

It's a nice place. I stayed here 3-4 times, never had any issues.

Great quality for the price!

Rooms and beds were small as well as the bathroom and shower but they all worked for the weekend. Looked clean but the place smells. People were outside the back door smoking a blunt at 9 am saturday morning. Walking distance to waffle house and a steakhouse. They were both good as well. The pool was closed but its not even may yet. We didnt try the breakfast. I may stay there again if i need to.

Then go to breakfast and the only thing they offer for your free breakfast is a bunch of carbs including biscuit gravy that is the nastiest can stuff I've ever seen but that's not the problem if it wouldn't be so bad if they didn't serve it cold in a Crock-Pot not even heated up and then maids never come by to find out if you need towels in the time that you stay there and they keep your deposit and now don't answer the phone if you try calling to find out about the deposit
