Everything was wonderful

Over rate.

Housekeeping never came. Had to request towels more than once. Was not a fan of the actual appearance of the room.

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were spacious and big. I only stay one night, but I do recommend this hotel. The staff was very nice.

Great area and cozy room

Bed was one of the best I've experienced in a mid level hotel. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Staff was untrained in basic operations.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The hotel was very clean however the room had an over powering smell of cleaning products which reminded me of cheap deodorizer you get at a bad car wash. It was so overpowering that we had to prop the door open. The bed was the most horrible bed I have EVER slept in. It was lumpy and needs to be replaced. Neither myself nor my daughter could sleep very much.The hotel is very well maintained and you can tell that the staff take pride in keeping it that way.

The lady that checked us in was very rude. 2 vehicles were broken in

The location is in a central place of everything. The staffs are the best.

The Courtyard Marriott Sugarland/Stafford is a good commuter business hotel. The room has a nice desk, there are plenty of outlets for my laptop and phone. The staff was friendly and bubbly.

Shower is our room did not work during our stay.

Could not check into room until after 4:30, room wasn’t ready.

First room had a terrible smell and we were put in a second room. There was hole on the floor that was covered with carpet and some of the towels smelled terribly. Room service did not even clean the room and simply passed through to other rooms. Will not be returning here again. The only wonderful experience was the customer service we received during our stay.
