A great hotel with a great vibe, very helpful employees and a fantastic location. It's old but it only adds to It's charms. Clean rooms, nice amenities and the breakfast was just right.

Centrally located. Early to get to and to travel to local destinations. Rooms clean staff friendly and breakfast is very good.

The property had charm, but it wasn’t up to what you would expect. The breakfast is a small selection with cold eggs, ham, and some cereal with two juice selection and only two kinds of herbal tea. There is no access to a microwave in the room or in the dining room. The room was small and the building is historic so there is a lot of creaking and such. There is not suitable ac with no fan in the rooms just central air with main controls our room remained at 26 degrees at the lowest, despite talking with the staff and the maintenance person came with a temp gun and said it worked and then left. The room was significantly warmer even than the hallway as well as another guest room was much colder then ours. The thermostat would not stay at the temperature selected as I suspect it’s not per room it’s per building. I would not recommend staying here in the warmer months as it’s way to hot so you will not sleep well. With advertised AC it is a paid amenity that we did not get to enjoy. The staff are also on the phone during check in without explaining much while they do it. I will not be back.

I found the staff very helpful. I enjoyed the art work and history of the place. It's close to the metro (subway) without being too busy or noisy. Anyone who wants a unique/quaint experience as opposed to the usual at a larger hotel, I'd recommend this place. Only disadvantage is if ypu have mobility issues - there are no ramps or elevators.

It is an older hotel. Keep that in mind. I felt like I was in Paris staying there. It was clean and the staff was always pleasant.

We traveled to Montreal in record heat, and when one of our original room's air conditioning was incapacitated they graciously booked us into another property, no fuss. A great location, lovely property, ans helpful staff. Thank you!

Boutique hotel was lovely. It's location near Metro and outside of the busy downtown was super.

The staff was excellent. The continental breakfast was delicious.. The hotel needs a little refresh.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Château Versailles. The hotel has a charming, elegant atmosphere with beautiful classic décor that made our stay feel special. The staff was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. We also appreciated the excellent location, which made it easy to explore Montréal's attractions, restaurants, and shops. If you're looking for a cozy boutique hotel with character and outstanding service, Château Versailles is a wonderful choice. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Montréal.

While I loved the charm and European feel of this botique hotel, my husband disliked the noise from the busy street traffic and the other rooms. We could hear everything through the thin walls. We also couldn't lower the temperature of the room which was necessary due to the heat wave. The front desk person was not interested in moving us, or even listening to our complaints. I know there were other people complaining as well, since every time we were leaving we overheard different problems. I know it is a busy season, but sometimes just apologising or commiserating goes a long way. Breakfast is a 10/10!

We stayed for 3 days at chateau Versailles and first day we had the horrible experience. The room had water heater issues and plumber closed the line and we were told to shift the floor above where the Ac was not working . As they didn’t give us much options we stayed in a room where the toilet couldn’t be used in the night. We were told to use the room above for the washroom purpose in the night which is not a convenient option for anyone. Second day they gave us a good room which eased the discomfort to some extent. Hope they fix these maintenance problems regularly so they don’t cause any inconvenience to the customers

Did the job, clean sheets and a comfy bed. Location good and staff friendly.

On arrival we were informed there was no valet parking available. We booked this property for this reason. Instead we were handed an address to drive the car to public parking. We were very upset at this and it added strain on finding this place. Then having to download an app to then pay for the parking all added upset to our arrival. Breakfast was ok but no organisation leading to not being able to obtain a table we had to eat our in reception area. Not good at all. Room was ok clean and modern i had no Hair dryer in the room. But another issue was no air con working! In the high 29' degrees it was needed. Again another reason for booking this property was air con i the rooms. We did get a fan after a couple of requests. Overall not the best stay with you. Our family asked for maintenance but nothing was done. A shame really.

Good hotel in reasonable location to explore the city. Room was in need of some TLC and breakfast was nice but sparse.
