No one was at desk when wanting to check-in. Instead sign that they’d be back in 15 mins. Shuttle advertised but lady at front desk said they haven’t had that for years. Pool not available. Side door propped open. In secluded location at least on weekends.

I thought the price was good but the original room I had was unacceptable. The room change was better but i noticed people smoking and a bad smell walking down the hall. More should be done to prevent smoking in areas where not allowed.

Disappointed to find no green tea, honey, shower caddy, but all this was minor, since the price was terrific & all else was great. Nice room, nice free breakfast, terrific attendant in the breakfast area, etc.

Cozy room, comfy bed. The breakfast was surprisingly full of options. Washer/dryer on 3rd floor was somewhat convenient (quarters only).

Staff was less than enthusiastic. Had to ask for a different room as the air conditioner was too noisy to sleep. Breakfast was ok. Fitness room was actually in the hotel across the parking lot.

During my two-night stay, I was consistently unable to find breakfast, only coffee. The room was devoid of bread, apple juice, or orange juice. When I ordered something to eat, I was informed that there was no more available. I visited the establishment at 8:30 am on the first day and again at 7:30 am on the second day, only to discover that there was nothing to eat. Additionally, the room had a distinct damp or wastewater-like odor. Furthermore, when I attempted to use the pool, I found it filled with dirty dirt, prompting me to avoid using it altogether. Las dos noches que me quedé nunca pude encontrar desayuno, solo café. no había pan, jugo de manzana, jugo de naranja, pedí algo de comer y me informaron que no había mas, el primer día fui a las 8:30 am y el segundo día fui a las 7:30 am y no había nada de comer. La habitación tiene mal olor a humedad o aguas residuales y cuando fui a utilizar la piscina estaba llena de tierra sucia y me evité usarla.

Everything was great except the unusual loud, squealing sound of the A/C fan. It was a very hot day and the A/C cooled well so I’m not complaining too much.

This place needs the better management. They could do way better the profit wise than what they have been doing if they focus on management. They don't even provide you the basic essentials like towels, soaps and other things. my suggestions, please charge another $10.00 more and give the guest basic stuffs. very poor management. I won't recommend anyone unless they improve on managerial things. In the name of saving money, they are holding the "tail" and losing the "body".

Horrible- got to hotel late.!

Overall our stay was ok for the price. The floor carpet was dirty and sticky to bare feet. It was also slightly wet as if they had tried to clean it before we arrived. The attempt was unsuccessful and it gave the room a damp smell. There was no microwave in the room so we had to use one in the breakfast area. The phone was missing the cable so could not use it when we needed to call the reception. Beds were good and clean, as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was decent, although juices were watered down to the point when they had almost no taste. Coffee and hot chocolate were available at the lobby all the time which we appreciated.

Upon arrival the system was down, and we had to wait for it to come back online, before we could get into our room. The room itself was humid to the point where the carpet was damp. Even with the air running, it was uncomfortable. The pool was dirty, we didn't use it. Actually left
