The staff is great, everyone was friendly. The room was nice and the perfect amount of space. The location is also good, close to a corner store and the train station.

Shower stopped working three times, hotel is very aged and isn’t but a 2.5-3 star property. Breakfast service is slow. If you want more coffee/tea you often have to proactively find someone. The spa is a joke. The lift is broken getting to it. Now you have to go to another floor in the opposite side of the building, walk all the way back and then down a dark hallway. While we were in the pool they hosted swimming lessons which we thought was strange for a hotel pool. Great quiet location but overall would never stay again.

Overall, the hotel is in a great location and offers good facilities, including a pleasant breakfast and excellent pool and spa amenities. However, our experience was let down by the poor service we received from the manager. We had booked a room for three people but were initially expected to share one double bed. When we requested an additional bed, we were told it would cost £48.00, which we felt was unreasonable. After a prolonged discussion of 10–15 minutes, the manager reluctantly agreed to provide the extra bed at no charge. Unfortunately, this interaction significantly impacted our stay. Additionally, the cost of parking in the local area was extremely high.

The people providing services were professionals. The hotel was clean and close to the stadium. But I didn’t felt spiritually safe there.

I feel this property can do better as rated a 5 star. With the exception of Eden our room cleaner , Hamza at the door area and Kinga at the pool and spa reception I didnt find the staff that helpful. More attention to directing a guest to areas in the hotel rather than a vague wave of direction. Some things the hotel had no control over like the tube out for 2 days. The pool and changing areas need a reno. The room was awesome however.

Albergo in ottima posizione vicino metro Imperial wharf. Zona molto silenziosa ma vicino al tamigi. Supermercato e ristoranti vicini. Se proprio devo trovare difetto è il parcheggio, 85 sterline al giorno mi sembrano un po' troppe. Cmq ci ritornerei sicuramente

Only at check in did I discover the surcharge amount for a 13 year old to stay in the room (in addition to one adult and one other child). That’s despite me detailing exactly who would be staying. Very disappointed the extra costs were not transparent when booking and disappointed Expedia condones this practice

Location was excellent for our purposes, welcome also very good. Rooms spacious and clean. Some small details let the place down for example, room cleaning lady called and was told to come back later...when we returned in the evening room had not been cleaned. Phoned reception and they became defensive. Breakfast was very average with limited choices. Quality of food however was good. Certainly not we have experienced elsewhere as ' 5 Star' but certainly 4 ish.

Nothing VIP

Notre séjour comme toujours est parfait dans cet hôtel. L’accueil est toujours chaleureux. Et il procède un grand choix d’activité possible. De nombreux restaurants sont aux alentours ainsi que le métro ou l’overground.

Excellent, need microwave in the room

Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable and the staff were fantastic but unfortunately for the 3 nights i stayed the steam room was out of order and this was the main reason i chose to stay here. If I knew it wasn’t going to be working I would have stayed somewhere cheaper

Had a great stay.areaa for improvement.waa told breakfast finished at 11 and missed it as it finished at 10am on bank holiday monday.the shower remote in suite room 521 fell off so couldnt get the shower to work.luckliy there was a shower in the bath.

Sofa bed not set up for kids and problems with air conditioning

Fab views, great cocktails, wonderful rooms, attentive staff, excellent food at the Anchor. Sauna was an unexpected bonus :-)
