They told us that the entire 5th floor had damage from a recent storm - but there was no recent storm. The door to our room wouldn't open. I had to play with it for a while. Once opened, took 2 steps in and turned around. Smelled absolutely awful. Front desk said that our room had a leak that they tried to clean - so they knew about the leak but had no other rooms beside one that wasn't cleaned! Because I booked through Expedia, they couldnt refund me. By the way, this was all happening at 130am, and our 2 children were with us. So we were stranded with no hotel. We had to call and drive to hotels around the area until we finally found one that had a room available. This hotel should have never booked rooms if they couldn't guarantee that they were safe and clean. What a complete disgrace!
