very comfortable stay!

Check in was quick and early. Helped us out being about to check in before time.

We got assigned room next to the highway the noise is unbearable and we had to switch rooms.

We always need a handicap accessible room. Bathroom, walk ways, bed height. These met all our expectations. Restaurant staff, impeccable. Night and morning. Front desk staff, impeccable. We are satisfied.

Great location

The stay was good. My only complaint was the internet and cable was not good. I needed the internet so i could stay connected with the hospital. I wish there were microwave in the room. I really didn't want to walk to lobby just to warm my take out. Overall the stay was decent.

Great stay. Very friendly staff and nice room. The fee for parking was a bit much as we already paid for a room. Where else would we park?

Convenience to Emory across thr street.

Only one night but was quiet and convenient to the children’s hospital

A short trip stay. Very nice and comfortable. The number of sets of towels was to my request. Very awesome.

Michael Emory at the front desk was rude which was a bad start. The room was v cold, I couldn’t turn off the AC/ heat which was noisy. The shower too a long time to get warm and the pressure was low. We were on the fourth floor. Each aspect would have been ok but all together. It was a B minus C plus experience

Convenient to many Emory medical facilities. Numerous dining and shopping options close by.

Nice property. Loved the bed. Faced out on the pool, so it was noisy for awhile, but it didn't last late.

Gary at the front desk was dishonest and disrespectful. He lied about the breakfast policy over the phone, falsely accused someone else of his wrong doing, and was demeaning when confronted. I will be submitting a formal complaint.

Rooms are old and slightly dirty but staff are helpful and polite.

Staff was amazing

Staff were extremely helpful as our daughter’s flight was cancelled and she could not fly out for 24 hours and needed a place to sleep. She is under 21 and staff went out of their way to help us and accommodate her.
