Great room, comfortable stay, very kind staff, thank you!

Parking was fine. Room was not secure. At 1.30am...domeone else opened my room..said they were just assigned the room.

The only clean thing about this hotel was the parking lot. We will never stay At another Days Inn!

Everything was good except for the wifi connection. I ended up sitting in my vehicle in the parking lot to maintain continuous contact online.

Attendant was very courteous and helpful.

Got checked in but front desk gave my room to to another person later that night. That person tried to ram himself into room where i got hit in the face with door. Luckily i got my room refunded by expedia for the trouble.

Very central, bed clean & comfy

This place is disgusting! You do not want to stay here. I’m considering cancelling Expedia account for even offering it. So gross in every way!

This isn't the Ritz Carlton, it's more like a worn out Travelodge. It's cheap and in rough condition, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is great - close to some great restaurants and bars, and close to ISU.

First, the place did not look like the picture on Google when I drove up. It was run down, old and decrepit. I guess pictures can be deceiving. I can it was at least fairly clean and it was quiet. Second, after I checked out, they charged my credit card $20 for a door lock that was broken before we walked in the door. I called the hotel and asked about the charge to the front desk guy and he informed me of the broken lock. He stated I should have informed the front desk about the broken lock. Well, if that was the case, I should have reported the entire room. Should I also have mentioned the drawer on dresser that was broken and askew? Or the wall patch in the bathroom shower wall that was gross and had black stuff around the patch? The windows that were filthy? The light switch next to the door that one of the switches didn’t work? I’m being charged for a door lock that I did not break? I think not. After some discussion, the front desk stated he would take my word for it and refund the $20. I’m shocked this is a Wyndham hotel as I’ve stayed in many Wyndham hotels and several Days Inn and this is by far the worst ever. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

This was not at all what’s being advertised the room was not equipped with all that’s advertised had to request toilet paper and towels check in clerk had no hospitality what so ever checked out early waited for the front desk clerk about ten minutes a no show so I left the key in the room.

The room was okay except for a noisy AC unit. The room did smell old, and smelled. My wife wouldn’t stay in it because of the smell

They did a much better job with the clean room i did have an issue with my card being charged more than 1 time for my stay but when i approached the staff about the issue they were very understanding and friendly and did everything they could to fix the issue thank you to the whole team
