The room look neglected wondows were filthy scurtting round bath was hanging of .breakfast was poor eegs over cooked sausages over cooked tryed telling the staff and they weren't realy botherd .

Redworth hall Hotel and the staff are a perfect example of of north eastern hospitality, the rooms are always exceptional with a wide range of facilities, highly recommend visiting the spa retreat and restaurant the stay at Redworth is always an experience, a little piece of my soul is always there, thank you so much team.

Arrived to the hotel with me and my partner. Check in really easy and warm and friendly staff. Stayed at room 332. Room was really tired. Shower was so poor, either too hot or freezing cold. Went down for drinks and again star really warm and friendly. Service at the bar was great. Booked a table in the restaurant and ordered 2 drinks. It took 35 mins to receive drinks. We got food quicker than we got our drinks despite asking a couple of times. Sleep was okay, pillows were rock hard but we both got a half decent sleep. Breakfast overall was okay. Sausages had a funny taste but a great selection and far quicker service in the morning. I wouldn’t return back to the hotel unless rooms were upgraded. Corridors had wall paper peeling off and for a 4 star hotel, you shouldn’t really see his.

The room was lovely, however the wifi was very temperamental. The food was lovely and the hot tub and pool was- it was very busy but we went at around 7pm when it was quieter. Good value for money over all

This is a very tired old hotel. Not 4 stars. The first room I was allocated had not been made up or changed over from the previous guest, so that was pretty disgusting to walk into. After walking miles back to reception, I was upgraded to a deluxe spa room, which was even further away, there was nothing deluxe about it at all. There were three lamps in the room - all of which were broken. The air-conditioning did not work. No phone signal in the rooms. No usb ports in sockets. Nice surroundings but disappointing otherwise.

Lovely, relaxing 2 day break at Redworth. Friendly staff, excellent leisure facilities and well-equipped room.

The review rankings and stars are correct. The hotel front is the picture you would expect but from there on in it’s nothing special. For the price paid it is well below par. The rooms need renovating, the fridge is missing and no water or bar if needed. Basic shower gel but no conditioner or body lotion etc…Even premier inn is better equipped and half the price.The public bar was dirty and unattended and having leant on both bar and table I needed to change my top worn due to wet areas. Finally if you’re going to have an office DO NOT PUT IT OPPOSITE A BEDROOM AND THEN HAVE A SOCIAL MEETING AT 6.30am!! Would I recommend? NO, go elsewhere and save £100.00

Rooms are tired and old.

Family room size and facilities were fantastic but spoilt by poor signal on TV, very tired/marked carpets, and hotel in general was too warm. Pool was great. Bar/Restaurant was good and staff friendly but drinks service was very slow and not worth the service charge added to the bill.

On arrival, the staff are all very welcoming and helpful and this continued throughout the stay. Room was warm and comfortable although probably due for a modernisation especially the bathroom which felt a little dated. No complaints whatsoever with the food, both the evening meal and breakfast were very good. Would stay again if in the area

The family room was fantastic. Plenty of space for us and our little one. All the staff were very friendly. We will look to return.

We stayed 2 nights Thursday & Friday half board. The room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast & evening meal, food and service fantastic. Pool, sauna & steam room perfect. Full body massage fantastic. Overall couldnt fault our stay. Perfect relaxation.. Thank you again Redworth Hall... our go to hotel

its a beautiful building in a nice countryside setting very buisy but the staff were all helpfull and friendly room was warm and comfortable the dinner was average but the breakfast was exelent would i stay here again ?????????? YES

Beautiful accommodation with great family rooms

the outside was tired and not inviting, lots of broken items and not cleaned with a lot of repairs needed, our room was lovely apart from having to pay £60 to have an upgrade to have walk-in shower to find it not working as it should,
