It was a CATASTROPHE. first of all we wanted to book another NH but got this one by mistake, nevermind. At the entrance they told us there is no breakfast.. and that the elevator is not working. We lived on the third floor. We tried to ask hey could you call a specialist on call as it's usually normal to have a company responsible for urgent situations but they said that someone came and said they can't fix it?? 😅😅😅
