We had a great recent stay at the Hyatt in Thessaloniki. It is a very well-run hotel with an excellent restaurant, beautiful pool, and great service. The gym and tennis courts are also excellent. It's also very close to the airport.

Half the amenities at the hotel were closed during our stay which made the stay far less than enjoyable. Outdoor swimming pools were not accessible. Outdoor adventure golf was not available despite excellent weather. It did not leave with much to do in the hotel. Even the basic spa facilities were not available. Steam room and other facilities were under repairs during our stay and something we were really looking forward to.

This is a stunning hotel, the staff make it be so good. Nothing is ever an issue, even when I had a couple of minor little issues, they got rectified straight away. Everywhere was nice and clean and fresh looking. The breakfast itself was lovely, a good selection, but would have been nice if it was a bit more varied each day, but what was on offer was well cooked. Yes, you are not very close to many restaurants, even though the one in the restaurant for an evening meal was amazing and delicious food was had. The shuttle into town was perfect for us, dropped us in town and then we had 3hrs before we came back, plenty of time for a drink and a meal. The pool is a good size and kept nice and clean
