I stayed a few days at Roosevelt Hotel and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean, which I truly appreciate. While the building isn’t modern, everything works perfectly and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of amazing shops, restaurants, and coffee spots. Getting around Lima is easy, and the airport is only about 45 minutes away. A perfect, convenient place to stay—I would definitely return.

I will start by saying the hotel is not bad; it's a bit older, and the check-in process reflects that. The breakfast was disappointing; it was made to order, but there was only one waiter serving multiple tables, so it took longer, and I never really got what I ordered. I was running late and ended up paying $ 8 USD for a breakfast I never really got. That being said, my biggest issue with this hotel is that they kept assigning guests to my room for some reason, so I was constantly having people trying to enter my room, and on three occasions, people tried to enter my room in the middle of the night. It was such a terrifying experience to be woken up by someone trying to enter your room (and it's not like the hotel locks were that steady). I had to barricade my room door with furniture and my suitcases to feel safe, When I told the receptionist about it, I'm not sure if it was due to the language barrier, but she kept saying it was the cleaning service. Why would the cleaning service be trying to enter my room at 11:43 p.m. I know for sure it was a guest because one of them tried to enter the room while I was awake, and he said he was assigned that room. I know they use a paper system for room assignments, and I am not sure if they realized my room was already taken. That whole experience really messed up my stay. I never even felt safe enough to sleep.

Genial, muy bien ubicado el hotel, zona segura y mucho restaurantes buenos a los que se puede llegar caminando; seguro el sector y muchos establecimientos comerciales de todo tipo. Todos los grupos de recepcionby vigilante nos brindaron soporte y buenas recomendaciones. Las habitaciones y el ascensor algo antiguos, cama amplia, nevera y buen aseo; cuenta con parqueadero propio y sala de reunión con baño en el último piso.

Ideal location. The staff is beyond friendly. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Their restaurant is pretty amazing as well. I always stay there when I travel to Lima.

Great location. The facility is a bit dated but it’s clean and customer service is fantastic. Fantastic deal for the price. The hotel restaurant is amazing too.

Very nice hotel for out business stay, we got in contact with the hotel before hand to get some help for the Covid tests we needed for our return and they extremely helpful helping us get all of that set up.

Great hotel, located in a really nice part of san isidro. This is my go-to hotel when i go to lima for business. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The franklin restaurant has really great food and the breakfast is lovely!
