Everything!!

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and I noticed changes in the attentiveness of the staff the customer service is beginning to become less of a priority here, even though the hotel is very clean the rooms are showing its age and are in need of an renovation The breakfast buffet is always been excellent with great food and very friendly staff I love staying at Barcelo but I must be honest and say it needs to be renovated this is why I can no longer give this hotel 5 stars

The night receptionist was very slow. He even gave us the wrong type of key. A little frustrating since we got in at 1:00 AM.

Great location. Lots of restaurants walking distance. Comfortable beds. My only complaint is that I was not able to shower with hot water one of the nights. Rooms can use a little upgrade, but overall not bad.

Well managed outdoor pool. Loved the jacuzzi hot pool the most.

Staff were very helpful

Osvaldo was great! Front desk staff were awesome as well as the gentleman who helped with our bags! Airport drivers were great. Nothing but great things to say about this property! We will be back! Event space is beautiful

As always, my stay was excellent. The toilet was having some issues but the staff was very responsive when I reported it.
