The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were cean and comfortable. Our family had a nice time.

Very pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Super 8 in Valdosta. I appreciated the pre-check in option which made actual check in a breeze! The room was clean and in good shape. We only stayed for 12 hours but it was a good nights rest for a very reasonable price.

The staff were very polite and helpful. Made sure I understood everything and wanted to make sure I was happywith my room, that everything was working, and I was satisfied with it. The room had all the amenities I could've needed and very quiet. No sounds from outside or neighbors.

I had a late check in/check out and the housekeeper that morning, Chris (with the starter dreadlocks), kept saying “Ain’t no late check out.” She and another housekeeper kept commiserating about “Who in that room?” with themselves instead of just double-checking it if they were really that confused and minding the business paying them. There were so many other rooms to keep busy with. Her behavior was overzealous, unprofessional, and not at all apologetic when learning her errors. I had to call/go to the front desk twice to verify, which disturbed me and took more time. It was unique not to have an elevator or ramp to assist with the luggage cart. A gentleman came up to help me, which I appreciated, along with the 4 different front desk staff encountered during my stay. The cleanliness of the room as well as the appliances were also very appreciated. I enjoyed the 24hr coffee and continental breakfast items as well. All things considered, I didn’t let the housekeeper ruin any of the good, but this consideration did keep it from being excellent.

This place is in remodel mode and so far it’s looking good. Faucet and furnace work is needed before there is any chance of a better grade

Had to ask for another room as plank flooring was cupped and lifting. Second room was good but other guests had complaint too.

The room was clean, but the AC unit and tub were noticeably old and worn. Front desk staff and housekeeping was friendly and helpful.

Comfort and convenience

First surprise was the strong odor of weed when entering hotel. 2nd surprise was no elevator to 2nd floor, only stairs. Noise of slamming doors disturbed my sleep. Won't be staying here again.

Great hotel

It was okay, kinda smelled like a dog, but that’s my bad because I didn’t notice it was pet friendly when I booked it. The toilet didn’t flush, u had to take the back off and stick your hand in it to pull the thing up. Other than that it was average.

Very clean & perfect for a quick over night stay on our way to Florida!

It was exactly what I needed right off of the highway. I had no problem with my pets. The staff was very nice. Yes, I heard children and pets, but I paid very little for this room. I slept very well and, it is exactly what I expected at a pet friendly, budget conscious hotel.
