Staff are great, rooms are noisy and tired. Annoying that you pay for parking despite the car park being enormous...

Staff are ace. Annoying you have to pay for car parking when you're literally staying next to a roundabout... I'd understand if it was centrally located.

Lovely staff - made the stay a pleasure

Room was lovely. We paid for breakfast but then changed our mind and they reimbursed us easily for it. The pool was a bit disappointing since there were classes on so it was noisy but we still enjoyed the swim/ hot tub. Thank you.

Room - but tired and dated. We were in the ground floor. Bit more lighting in the room would have been good too. Shower a bit dated. Breakfast - ok buffet style, more fresh ordering options would have been good Car park - charged £7/day felt unnecessary Overall decent enough

Great hotel with good facilities. Spacious and clean suite with traditional decor. Breakfast was good with the usual choice of breakfast items. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Only let down as I was told incorrect breakfast time and turned up after it had finished. Kind woman let me have some continental bits for which I was grateful.

Check in and check out was great, staff very polite. Dinner - very poor and expensive Breakfast - opened late but good choice Room - basic, bad shower and bathroom fan stayed on all night with no off switch so poor sleep.

As always, the room was spotless, the staff amazing and friendly and the atmosphere great.

I had made enquiries regarding accessibility to the swimming pool & changing rooms for peace of mind prior to our stay as I have mobility issues but these were unanswered. On checking in we were put on the first floor despite the lift being out of order. We asked how many steps, the answer was just one flight which doesn’t answer the question. And in fact, it turned out to be two flights of stairs. The Bar Grill Restaurant was understaffed on the first night resultung in long waits, no shows & refunds. However, it's a lovely hotel in quiet surroundings. Very clean and nice decor throughout. The room was the same and also comfortable. Good breakfast, good selection a nice food. The big plus point was the staff, very friendly, polite & professional. They made the stay a good one despite the issues which wouldn't stop us returning.

Staff etc and room were all good. I think the quality of the food leaves a bit to be desired. I went to dinner for 19:30 hours so early. They had run out of a number of dishes. Ehat kind of establishment does not have enough food in for a Friday evening. Very poor
